Parking and location
Booking com price was 270 which worked out to 45 a night. They charged 300 so 50 per night. And even after showing reservation they insisted on 50 per night they didn't seem to give a shot on price agreed to on your site

Although there was no breakfast included, the location and the fact that I did have inside-the-property parking was great. Not only for when it rained, but also for security reasons.
What I did not like was that I needed a formal invoice with the tax and that was not an option even though their page indicated so.
The bathroom needs more space to put things and to hang things like towels or clothes.

Raphael was so nice, helpful and friendly.
The air conditioner in the bedroom doesn't work very well, but with the fan, we were fine. Also, it would be very nice to have a ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen.

A/C in the living room, couldn't get the TV to work in one of our two rooms, outdated decor.

Super clean, good value, private parking, quiet fully equipped small kitchen and colmado right across from entrance.
Nothing, Rafael keeps it very clean, great apt close to center, good value w not many options in Cabrera, only 2 apartments for rent.
