Excellent location, and comfortable place for staying, the apartment is more than nice and the staff is so friendly you do not need to bother your self, if you need any thing just sent SMS to contact and they will respond fast. But particular issue not the residence it self, try to avoid back at the residence from 5PM to 8PM as it is rush hour for the Tunisian to back home and taxi will charge you either more or they do not want to take you because of the traffic, but in general fantastic staying. Everything is more than excellent, close to all Tunisian important places, Sidi BoSaid, Halq El Wad, El Merca, Lac I, Lac II, and the Airport, and you do not have to spend a lot of money using Taxi.
