The staff are extremely blunt over the phone and after my stay I had an issue with receiving my deposit and ended up with a staff member being sarcastic and patronising to me and even complaining about my phone call to me over text.

Not child friendly. some hazards - glass f tables, air freshener empty and left plugged in and switched on, difficult to get out of the bath - no slip mat or rail, nothing to enable us to clean up( I don’t think I need to take a load of cleaning materials and equipment or go and buy them on arrival for a short break), dirty sponge in sink. No instructions about appliances visible, one page of instructions telling us 2 of us could shower or 1 bath because of hot water limitations. No extractor in the internal bathroom. Picking up and dropping off keys was a nuisance with luggage. Travel cot provided at extra cost but no linen available (so we ended up not using it and baby slept in bed which is risky). Free toiletries poor as in push dispenser wrongly labelled or not working. Disappointed that every minor thing incurred extra cost. Beading around flooring loose causing a hazard .

Location. But we thought we were staying at the Arcadian Apartments.

Communal areas stunk of smoke and they say it's no smoking!! Collecting keys from a garage, which was very hard to find with road closures and we had to return key to the garage. Water was off most of the time. Door missing from freezer which was very noisy. Will definitely NOT be returning.

Stupid key pick up procedure, really tired apartment, decor was ok but just showing signs of neglect and age, nothing matched, really noisy, crap shower, ran out of hot water all the time!

apartment looked abit tired black mole marks around the bath and bathroom sink bathroom wall had stained and looked dirty. location wasn’t bad. however disturbed all night due to noise from nearby residents. by the morning wet tissue and popped balloons against the apartment window

Good location

Smelled strongly of cigarettes. Cigarette burns in the sofa bed. Temperature of the apartment are stifling - fan doesnt work. Poor facilities - broken hob, blinds, cupboard doors. Not very clean, lots of dust. Pictures are misleading.

Good location.

From weeks before they begin to insist that you send the deposit and an identification. For me the deposit was 150 pounds for 2 nights. You have to pick up the key at a convenience store with a number and you only have a certain time from 3-5 PM. The attention I received via WhatsApp was terrible since I asked for support for an emergency and they were not friendly or helpful. In my case, traveling internationally, I struggled a lot with the attention so that they gave me the exact location (they only shared it the same day of your check in). At all times I did not feel like a guest. Also at night insects came out in the bathroom, larvae type. And when I confronted the administrators they denied the presence even when I sent them photos.

Great central location - lovely property with everything you need. Could not fault anything

Local to shops, clean

Neighbours were very noisy, woke us both up nearly every night. Shouting outside the door most of our last night. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable, me and my girlfriend are leaving with very bad backs today. The bedroom gets very hot, but can’t open the windows due to people shouting.
