Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the stay at Guesthouse48: the apartment had heated rooms and floors for the cold weather. My wife really loved having a kitchen with everything available and I liked that it had a clothes washing machine. The location was close to everything including to Bolzano train station. Mario was a very nice and accommodating host. We love South Tyrol and the Guesthouse48 made our stay perfect. Thank you Mario.
It would been nice to have had a floor towel for existing the shower.

On a quiet street just off the centre of town. Well equipped and spacious. Had everything you could need.
Seats in the lounge area were not very comfy.

great facilities - loved having the kitchen and the washing machine, the air con is portable but we just kept it in the bedroom.
fantastic location!! close to the train station and plenty of buses; also within easy walking distance of the old town, museums, restaurants and parks - absolutely perfect.
I personally found the pillows uncomfortable.

Location is close to the centre. Own garage for extra pay in the basement
No fixed airco...Just portable one that needs a pipe through the open window. The appartement is hot as it is located on the 4th floor

The location of the apartment is awesome, it was extremely clean, neat, cozy and near restaurants.
We requested for a slightly early check in and got a time.The owner did not respect that, we were being barbaqued in the sun and we ended up missing a trip we booked for that day because of that time inconvinience
