Apartment is beautiful and full of everything you might need during your stay. Francesca is very helpful, caring and ready to help if needed. She gives us perfect instructions to how to get to the apartment, how to use the heating etc The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything worth seeing in Venice, and at the same time it is very quiet.

Lots of space - great location and two bathrooms with showers made getting ready in the morning with two teenagers a breeze! Lots of little extras as well made our stay even more pleasant!

perfect apartment with more amenities than you could imagine! fantastic communication from host. perfect! Best way to arrive is via vaporetto which is a quick walk and only one bridge to carry heavy suitcases over. With little luggage then the walk is easy to / from station or airport boat recommend!

It is rare for me to give a 10 at booking.com, but this beautiful apartment deserves it. Really it has everything you need, and more. Francesca made everything so easy for us, and you just have a wonderful home right in the middle of Venice! Nothing at all you can say is bad! Super comfy bed, full kitchen of things if you need, two bathrooms, a lounge room with a pull out sofa if people wish to come with kids or friends. We were just 2 and the apartment was plentiful. Even the ease at which we went from the airport with the Alilaguna boat (orange line) to Ca Rezzonico, and the short walk from there to the apartment. Then daily, you are just 2 mins from the cross canal gondola (2€) and you are right in the San Marks area, or you can walk along the beautiful narrow streets past the cafes to the Rialto bridge and over to the other side. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended!

Everything perfect!

Host was wonderful. Beds comfortable. Nice kitchen. Near everything, yet very quiet.

Shower was slippery. Apartment took a minute to find, maybe that was good?

The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped, furnished and decorated with taste. Everything was extremely clean and the flat is in a central location but still very quiet. The flat can be easily accessed with the vaporetto, stop at San Toma. We didn't have the chance to meet Francesca in person but she was always very helpful if we had questions and had many tips for us.

The place is amazing, central and far from the chaos of Venice....when you wake up in the morning, you have the feeling to stay in a small village in the Italian countryside...very silent, fresh air and clean. The property has a kitchen with all you need to cook. There are also two supermarkets very close to the property open until 8 pm.

Accommodation is very clean, everything according to pictures. cold water is waiting for you in the fridge on arrival. Caffe machine with prepared pods. In the apartment you will find some umbrellas and rain suits in case of unexpected rain. Lots of little things that are even more valuable when you accidentally need them.

Less view, which we knew beforehand

Very nice and recently refurbished apartment, with two bathrooms, in a central location, ten minutes walking to almost everything in Venice (and very close to the traghetto-gondola that crosses the Canal Grande). The kitchen is fully furnished and Francesca, the landlady, prepared a great welcome kit: from information to "hidden places" worth a visit to anything that you might need in an apartment (coffee and biscuits for breakfast, emergency raincoats and umbrella in case of rain, etc.). I really felt at home.

Lovely spacious apartment, furnished and fitted with a lot of thought to a very high standard. Very secure doors, security keypad, etc. Our host very extremely helpful and always responded to our queries promptly.

It was great stay, the host provided some food and beverages, there was a welcome gift when we arrived. Absolutely perfect! We had some issues with the key to enter the building one day, and the host helped us right away. I would definitely recommend the place, and I would stay there again (:

Francesca's welcome and attitude! Our flight arrived early in the morning and she allowed us to check-in as soon as we arrived to Venice. The appartment was perfect, beatifully decorated and with lots of usefull things to make a perfect stay. We left our lugagge in a storage room downstairs which made the check out easier as our flight departed late in the evening. I will strongly recommend it!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything! The location is a small walk to all the sights as well as the train station, but off the tourist paths which allowed for a nice quiet sleep. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was great, offering lots of recommendations and answering all our questions. Easy to find and would definitely stay again when in Venice!
