Its location. Nice balcony. Plenty of parking close by. Pebble beach just across the road which was very quiet in early July. Litsa was a lovely host who responded very promptly to any questions.

Excellent accommodation with kitchen facilities and dining table and chairs should you want to eat in. The beds were comfortable with everything to hand. The tv had many channels and Netflix and uTube. The bathroom had good facilities and an excellent hairdryer. The balcony had a sea view with comfortable chairs and cafe table to enjoy your coffee or snack. A restaurant on site had a good menu and we enjoyed all our breakfasts and meals there with a lovely beach a few steps away. We praised the chef as we enjoyed our food every time. Fabulous walks and other tavernas in the local village a few steps away.

Milatos Beach is a lovely and quiet place to relax. People are friendly, great restaurants. We loved to stay there.

Very nice people. The place is very quiet with view to sea and hills. Stay there, if you like it quiet without much tourism. Very recommendable is also the restaurant Meltemi nearby! Anastasia with her husband are reading every culinary wish from your eyes! Very good food and Raki! ;-)

Everything! Wonderful village and lovely hotel 20 meters from the beach. Big, clean rooms with sea view, great hosts. For everyone who wants to escape Malia and Herssonisos. I will definiately come back to Filia.

Enough space in the apartment with 2 balconies, nicely decorated and very well maintained, very comfortable place, nice sea side view. Could not wish for more, amazing value for money.
