Excellent location, close to everything but quiet, very spacious apartment and with a garage ( very rare ) !!!. Luciano is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended it!

Luciano's apartment was simply perfect - he is a great host and the apartment is awesome - very clean, cozy and welcoming place. Luciano cares a lot about his guests, we met in front of the apartment, parked our motorbikes in the private garage, and got some very valuable tips about La Spezia & Porto Venere & Cinque Terre, etc. We would definitely stay again if we ever come to La Spezia again!

Nothing to complain about.

The property was spacious and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Our host was helpful and accommodating, even provided us with wine. Parking spot was a bonus (it is difficult but you don't need your car once you've parked, everything is within walking distance). Highly recommended.

The shower lacks a bit of water pressure, but not a big issue.
