Great location with a very nice beach (Rena Bianca) in walking distance (5-10 minutes). There are also plenty of restaurants in 1-2 blocks distance. Supermarket is reached in about 10 minutes walking. The apartment seems relatively new with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, washing machine and air conditioning (though it was not necessary to use in mid September). Parking is at the street, but it was easy to find free space right in front of the apartment. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Communication with the host all the time via whatsapp.

The apartment is on the ground floor with windows directly at the street, so it can be noisy. The sofa-bed is not so comfortable, but it's ok for a short stay. The city rules for trash separation can be a bit tricky, as there are about 5 different bins in the balcony, but this is not something particular to this place. Last, there was some miscommunication about extra fee for bedlinen and towels (!!!), but this was later resolved with the host w/o any problem.

Excellent location. Few steps from the center and the beach. Free Public parking is just in front of the door and balcony.

Good communications with owner.

This small apartment offers everything you need and has a great location just a few steps from the stunning Rena Bianca and the central square.

It's not easy to park your car in the street in front of the apartment.
