We enjoyed everything! The mountain and sea views are spectacular! The pool was clean and inviting. Rooms with views, even the bathroom. The cooking facility is excellent! Even includes the BBQ pit for exceptional grilled meals. Samuel gave recommendations to local fresh food markets, places to explore, eat, and watch the sunset. Great recommendation. The star gazing was amazing from this Villa.

Villa is large and very comfortable, well-equipped with everything you need for your holidays. The host, Samuel, provided us with many useful information about nearby localizations (shops, restaurants, points of interests). The local shop is within only a couple of minutes of driving and is also well supplied. And the view from the terrace...

The villa is a 10 minute drive from The beach in Cahleta up in the mountain and has fantastic views, plenty of space and a large warm pool. The decor is as seen in the pictures. Samuel the owner is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We stayed 2 weeks snd will return. Highly recommend.

This Villa is absolutely beautiful, the photographs actually do not do it justice. Very clean and spacious with beautiful furnishings and lots of amenities. The heated pool and outside seating area are fantastic. The views from every room are outstanding. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. It is up in the beautiful hills of Madeira so we hired a car to fully appreciate the island, although the owner recommended a very nice taxi driver who took us to the local towns for some fantastic meals. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

New large house with a swimming pool on the top of the hill. You can see the houses and ocean under your house right from your bed. You can enjoy the rich people's life. House is exactly the same as photos. It is very clean and very comfortable. Equipment and furniture are also new. Heated pool is clean and great! My kids enjoyed it everyday even though in a cool day like 20 degree because water tempereture is kept 26 degree. Sofa table set at the pool is also comfortable and could spend a long time . I wish I could live in this house! The owner, Samuel and his wife, are very nice and kind person.

Wifi works only arouned a dinning table and no connection in bed rooms. Location is a little bit far away from the airport or Funchal. But these issues are minor ones as the property is so nice!
