Two bedroom and kitchen is super convenient

Location was great and the apartment was ok but a lot smaller than the impression the photographs gave.

On booking.com there are photos of two apartments, we paid for the more expensive one only to find out this is a con. There is only one apartment so why are there photos of two and two different prices on booking.com I do not know. The car parking was underground and due to the rain you have to walk through raw sewage to get to the apartment, it stank. A local told me it happens a lot. He also told me short term lets were not allowed under the terms of the lease. When I asked about the two prices the company told me I was mistaken but as you can see from the photo I was not. We felt ripped off.

Cleanliness Apartment was tired - blinds missing, things broken. A few thousand pounds would solve most the issues Unbearably hot (even in October) all heating systems off and this apartment holds heat Outside light glares through the blind in main room Having to pay a security deposit by bank transfer prior to arrival (although this was refunded promptly)

Upon arrival to the apartment there’s very tight car park and very poor instructions from the company to find where you need to go etc. Entering the apartment the floor was full of bits and rubbish clearly not been cleaned and also my 7 year old daughter when to the toilet and there was a floater sitting there the clearly not been cleaned. I wish I could put more pictures on as there is a lot wrong with this so called luxury apartment. There was also a few other things we noticed after this. Lounge blinds not fully working Dirty sink Bin no working correctly Dirty microwave Damage to door frames Kitchen table unsafe for children Side lights in bedroom not working Main bathroom ventilation not working Both bathroom sinks broken they don’t hold water Dirty floor we had to Hoover Most complicated lighting system I’ve ever seen Very cheap and uncomfortable beds Very cheap furnishings (sofa, table and chairs) After reporting all the above defects they wanted to send round a cleaner and handyman to fix the issues. But we was uneasy having someone in the apartment we didn’t know as we was out most the day sightseeing with the children and we already cleaned the apartment ourselves. Dealing with the apartment management. They offered a £45 refund cleaning bill. Considering the 3 nights cost nearly £1200. I think this is very unacceptable and didn’t accept but they still paid it in my account thinking the matter will go away. Looking back I wish I read the reviews closer as there numerous issues going back to 2019 and the same complaints. My advice if you have booked here move it to another company as these are absolute cowboys. Very rude management and I would leave my dog in that apartment. Hopefully booking.com will remove this company from the page. As I have filled a complaint with them also regarding this property.

Great location, great apartment with great facilities, great communication from staff and found them to be very helpful.

Only issue was couldn’t work the thermostat but that was probably more user error.

Very clean and just in the heart of London. You can go walking to everywhere. Free car park available and very comfortable. I would repeat by all means

I would just recommend to put some instructions of the light system as it is confusing. Also the mattresses are too soft but that’s personal opinion.

The smell in the kitchen from the sink, the broken fridge, the lack of response from the agency when I told them about it via email, the bad mattress, the overly complicated check in.

I didn’t use the outside area but it would be excellent in the summer. Excellent location for sightseeing in London. Great size overall.

As mad as it sounds the lights switches are so complicated that I couldn’t switch mine off at night ..I moved to the other room and as I was getting into bed those lights then came on. I had to leave the lights on all day in other parts of the apartment as I couldn’t switch them off. Very frustrating after a long day. The shower in the master is small not a massive problem but. Could have been cleaner. The en-suite door doesn’t not close and the frames are very battered. In the second bedroom The make up mirror is broken and the beside light does not work. When I arrived there was food left in the fridge also the bin lid does not work so you have to lift it off each time you use it. The seat covers are stained ...white is maybe not the best choice. If I could work the lights I’d stay again.

I have asked to collect the key from the apartment itself but they did put the key in a shop which is far lil bit from the apartment! I sent an email asking for a help to show us how to use the boiler and they did reply me bake that someone will come and help us with that but no one came!!!

The quality of the apartment.

Waiting 30 minutes outside in freezing conditions for keys that were supposed to be in the secure box. Only one set of keys for 2 couples in London! Still waiting for the manager to contact me 4 days later, I won’t hold my breath.

Location is great. Local cafe, Regency Cafe is a must see place and to experience British casual dining.
