Very convenient location, nice flat, friendly neighbours.
Maybe a lock on the bathroom door? Heating system could have been clearer, but no problems really.

The flat was well stocked and so pretty. Real thought meant that the flat was perfect to stay in when working in Ramsgate

A fully functioning kitchen with a separate lounge area.
Having a bath, lots of space for properly unpacking and putting our stuff away.
Good proximity to town (although not so close that it was noisy), the beach and cycle/walking pathways.
The bed was relatively small - both a bit narrow and a bit short for us and we are both only average sized - which made sleeping a bit challenging for us for us.
The hairdryer could do with being updated as it was partially broken.
There was quite a lot of noise coming from the apartment above us. - which might be a problem for anyone who is sensitive to noise.

Close to sea front and not too far from main sea front. Binoculars were a great touch for looking at the sea.
Electric fire didn't work and bathroom door stiff to shut and balcony doors stiff to pull open/shut.

The kitchen facilities were good with complimentary cereal and tea except for the coffee beans which were unusable as they needed to be grounded and there was no instant coffee. The bed was comfortable and there was digital TV with netflix.
The bathroom is dated and needs updating. The extractor fan doesn't work in the bathroom. The carpet and sofa covers we're a bit smelly.

A superb location and easy free parking on the street. A lovely apartment which was very homely and had everything you needed for a stay and very clean. A throughly comfortable bed with good quality towels and bed linens . We really liked how milk tea and breakfast cerels had been left for us to use. If we come to Ramsgate again we will stay here again.
The communal hallways need a hoover to make them clean.

Great situation, just a few yards from the sea front, and the flat was in good condition. All outside facilities were within easy reach. Parking was very easy. Heating and hot water all worked, and the kitchen was as described. Weather improved as our stay went on.
We have made a few comments in the information folder which are not worth repeating here as they can be easily dealt with by the owner. However we were disappointed that we could not find any towels for our daughter, only for my wife and I. We had a bit of trouble using the key safe to get in; although we composed the code correctly, we did not have it in exactly the right position at first (the numbers needed to be a bit higher up). The owner was willing to help on the phone, but then we worked it out for ourselves anyway.

Perfect for the night away we wanted a short walk from the bars and restaurants. Fully equipped and clean.

Really clean, all basics provided. Great views, fantastic location, comfortable bed and seating. Close to supermarkets. Ramsgate fish and chip shop very close by and excellent.
Some maintenance needed to make it more comfortable. Things like sticking bathroom door that you would notice if you lived there.
