The staff was very friendly

The toilet could have been a bit cleaner. There were ants in the Kitchen and Bathroom that lowered the overall rating. Needs to sort out that ant problem

Walking distance to shops and Lake Taupo. Easy to find. Separate kitchen and bathroom to main room. Electric blankets very nice

We couldn't get the heat pump to work, but didn't bother host to help us.

Comfortable, spacious rooms. Good central.location. comfortable bed, with electric blanket, warm rooms, serviced daily.

A bit tired looking, could be refreshed with new curtains, shower/bathroom modernized.

Excellent size and well set out. Clean and tidy , Perfect for our needs as we were transiting though to the Waikato. The location was very central and a simple walk to whatever we needed to get to.

Nothing to dislike

Located in the centre of town a short walking distance from the main CBD. The room was basic but suited our needs well. Well worth the price. A small laundry is located onsite.

Carrying our bags upstairs, but that's not uncommon.

Location good. Easy to find. Spaces good. Everything you might need.

Decor nice and plain. A little old fashion ( curtains) Otherwise a pleasant resting spot for the night.

It was very clean, comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. Nice 10 min walk to the waterfront. My husband and were travelling with his parents (and uncle, who had a separate studio), so we had a two bedroom unit. It was lovely and quiet, and I wasn’t afraid to take my shoes off! The room was a little dated, but it was great for one night.

Only silly minor things like the absence of shower caps and lack of spare towels.
