Amazing apartments! Location: very close to sea, restaurants and bars. There is a shop next door. Safe allocated parking space (no need to worry that someone will scratch the car, block it or take your space while you away). Apartments: exceptionally clean, the lady who looks after apartments offers (free of charge) cleaning, fresh towels etc. Kitchen contains all that is needed to cook at home. Conditioner works fine, wifi is great. Building itself and common area is very nice and clean. In general, we are very happy with our choice and will definitely return to the same apartments again in the future. Owner is very nice and apartments went beyond and above our expectations.

Owners are very understanding and attentive to their guests. A lot efforts are put in supporting apartments sparkling clean, towels were changed at least every 3 days. Comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen - I liked that there was microwave we, teapot and even coffee machine. Of course, everything is relative but I would say that apartments are located close to the beaches, just 5-10 minutes walk and the street you're passing by looks nice. Shop is in the same building. Despite apartment is located right above the road it was relatively silent in there. Overall I'm very satisfied with my choice for this vacation and genuinely recommend it.

Wi-Fi connection was poor, if you're planning to work - think about mobile Internet, it works much better. But seems like it's a problem in the entire Brela, not this specific apartment cause sometimes payment terminals were not working in random places. Also, would be good if the second bedroom with 2 separate beds would also have a place to hang a clothes, e.g. add a pipe in the left section of commode - then won't be needed to bother people who're living in the bedroom with a wardrobe ;)

There is a free parking at the place, the beaches are very close (Punt Rata is ~10 minutes walk). The host was very communicative and pleasant to talk with.

There was a bit of a weird smell, not sure if coming from other apartments or from the restroom. It wasn't too bad, but still something we didn't like.

Great location, very close to the beach, with a great view over the sea. Spacious and clean apartments, well equipped. The building also have a small shop where you can find refreshments, snack and not only. They also have an exchange house.

Very poor Internet connection, specific to Brela.

We had the clean side apartment, but also with sea oriented view. The perfect stay, we appreciated the bedroom and the bathroom as well. Steepy aproach to the beautiful beach. Small market on the ground floor you will like.

Everything was great, but the sofa declared as a 3rd bed shouldnt be offered at all. It doesnt smell, it wasnt pleasant even during sitting.

We stayed in smaller apartament on 1st floor for 8 nights.The accommodation was very well equiped a was perfectly clean. The stuff were very nice and friendly. The balcony hasn't view of the sea, but it's quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could be bigger, but if you don't cook every day, it's sufficient.The accommodation responds to photos on booking.com. On the groundfloor is market, which is also very good equiped, and the exchange. The accommodation is on very steep hill so the way back from the beach, especially with small kids, could be exhausting, but the view is very nice. The parking is just next to accommodation, which is comfortable, but it's quite difficult to park here, because the way is very steep, so it could be little stressfull.

The noise from outside and inside. The road next to acommodation is very noisy because there is very steep hill and cars need to speed up. Due to location of our room, which was just above the entrance, we heard the entrance door, garage door, market supply etc. from very early morning... The front door of the room was very thin so we heard everything from the hall/stairs and also from rooms next and above to us. It was for us quite unpleasent, because we couldn't very good sleep.
