Good location, Batumi beach just over the road, walking distance to the city center. Nice view from the 9th floor. Good communication with the host.
The bathroom needs some renovation, mould in the shower.

this apartment is so different according to photos
we was shock, but we had no choice, it was a short vacation, the accommodation was a complete disgrace

exceptional + that flat was warm
Walls are very thin, you can hear what happens in next room as they would be next to you.
Owner left only one wc paper for 4 people for 3 days
at the kitchen was not available all necesary things if you plan to cook its not the best idea there.

Location is very good, close to the beach
It is an apartment you rent, so it is ideal if you want to stay by yourself, cook for your own and etc. But if you are looking for a hotel type service, it is not a good option for you.
The owner, mikheil is responsive.
Check in and check out was fast, even though I booked 30 min before I go to the apartment.
Good value for money, I stayed during off season.

Location was fine, close to the beach and nice view. Spacious room with kitchen. Helpful host who answers quickly.
A bit run down with mold in the bathroom, probably as it was at the end of the season.
All the facilities mentioned in the booking-description (pool, kids pool) does not exist or at least the host have never heard of. Wouldn’t mind to pay if they were somewhere close, but no.

The view from the balcony was simply exceptional. The location of the hotel is superb too, 24/7 shops, cafes and the sea are all within 5-minute walk.
The bed and pillows were great, I slept very well. kitchen has everything - microwave, cooker, kettle, pans and all needed cutlery.
minor thing - large towels were missing initially, but this was solved in 2 hours after contacting the owner, who was very responsible and quick with replies.

Very comfortable shower and Bed. And We liked about decoration. Make us feel at home. Perfect sunset And mountains view. Good comunication with the owner.

The rooms were good and cheap. And seller always helped us when we connected to him.
There should be 2 little botlle of water in the rooms, because we reached to the hotel in the night and couldn't buy after this hour.

Location was the only good thing there
Apartment has not been cleaned upon our arrival. Whatever is on the picture doesn’t match the actual apartment, so don’t trust the pictures. We had to book an extra apartment to be able to fit in.
