so many different great common areas to relax and hang out, amazing pool, each room with own bathroom

Loved the koi pond and the overall feel. property is bigger then it looks but location was super convenient with eateries and supermarket at your doorstep.

Could not get the tv to work.

This was an awesome place for our two families to relax! The young kids loved the pool and trampoline! Great space and pool, well equipped kitchen. The staff were so lovely and helpful- great with the kids. They came to help us get my daughter out who had locked herself in the bedroom!

I didn’t realise we didn’t have breakfast included in the booking so worth double checking! Just be aware it was fairly noisy in the upstairs bedrooms in the evenings. Pretty noisy nearby music in the evenings from a bar nearby- kind of annoying but not on past 10pm On a very busy road but enough nearby and walkable to do the basics- supermarket and cafes.

The property was well equipped and pool was nice . Supermarket very close by. Plenty of indoor seating for a group - enormous lounge suite

The decor was extremely basic and lacked warmth, sun lounges stained quite badly and really need recovering. Staff were not around and not very friendly or helpful . Traffic noise was very bad but all this was reflected in the price . I’ve stayed in over 50 different villas in Bali and staff and amenities are very varied . Kitchen had no basic ingredients so everything needs to be purchased
