Good location in relation to beaches (10 min walk) in a vacation area where rentals are high. Good value. (Caveat: Some (not all) retirees may have difficulty negotiating the walk to the beach; like most Croatian rentals on the Dalmatian Riviera, the walk to the beach is downhill and the return is definitely uphill.)
Property (external) is still undergoing development; however, all apartments are completed and satisfactory. When the pool is done, it will truly be a property that has few rivals.

Everything was ok and everything you need was there. Nice big apartment.
Maybe one bigger sharp knife would be nice to cut a bread

Spotlessly clean , very friendly host , apartment had everything you could possible need , washing machine , dish washer , lots of kitchen utensils . You can tell the host takes pride in looking after her guests . A+
I couldn’t complain about anything . I do like to sleep with a fan , but the apartment didn’t have one . However it had lovely cold air con . So was very happy , it’s just my strange preference as I like the noise from the fan :-)
