Zona periferica e poco sicura per girare a piedi la sera. La stanza è come da foto. Nel seminterrato. Dimensioni ridotte e non accogliente. Letto molto scomodo. Pareti inesistenti e si sente il parlare anche a bassa voce di tutti. Presenti ragnatele in stanza. Pulizia decisamente da migliorare. Macchinetta del caffè rotta e non sistemata, per cui colazione basica e senza caffè. Purtroppo la gentilezza del proprietario con me non è pervenuta affatto.
Ho dovuto discutere sul fatto che la tassa di soggiorno fosse inclusa nella prenotazione di booking. Il proprietario mi ha minacciato di segnalarmi alle autorita se non gliela pagavo per poi restituirmela solo dopo l intervento dell assistenza di booking.
Certo costa poco ma non ne vale comunque la pena. E posso dire di aver girato in quasi tutto il mondo e di sapermi adattare alle situazioni ma non tollero essere presa in giro. Fate molta attenzione se volete scegliere questa struttura.

Host wants you to be there before 23. No mercy when you arrive later. Although we came 23:08. He let us in after some pressing.

The villa is pretty. The room was exactly as on the photo. Breakfast was good. Kitchen is avaliable in the common area.
The villa is close to the train stop.
The location is not suitable for walking at all. There are 30 minutes by walk till the closest beach, but there are no walking paths in this area.
The room is a bit wet because it's in the basement. Not really comfortable to go to the shower through the common area and kitchen.
