The location of the hostel is very good because it is close to Forum shopping center and the UKW university building. The reception is 100 meters away from the hostel.
The WIFI connetion was not stable enough for me.

Location, because it was 100 m to hospital we needed
The absence of contact to the property cancels out all the advantages. In emergency situations I advise you immediately call the POLICE, because you will be left alone with a problem.
We had AWFUL and unpleasant situation! There were 4 rooms in the apartment and in other room nearly 10 young guys and girls made a party, drinking, noisy, shouted, vomiting in the toilet, music WHOLE NIGHT!! till 8 morning we couldn't rest no one minute! And next day 15 hours trip by trains with a small baby on my hands!
The stuff didn't forget to notice about penalty for 5000 zl for organising parties, but impossible to avoid and control! Other guests should suffer. We tried to call them all night!
What was the worst - the owners didn't contact us not that day, not next days, totally ignoring. So no responsibilities at ALL. I hate such attitude and never met before! No excuses, no compensation, nothing.
I regret that we didn't call police. It was dangerous to stay there as many guys and i was with 1yo baby!

clean and beds were comfortable. Zakba opposite which was helpful
half an hour walk from the centre. check in was very confusing as reception was at a different address to the hostel and we weren’t informed of this. no cooking facilities apart from a microwave.

i asked for a quiet room. they said i would get a quiet room.
actually, they put me in a little apartment with 3 rooms. and my neighbours in the other 2 rooms were extremely loud, partying the entire night until 7 am!! impossible to sleep. that morning i went to the reception and complained. i asked to be compensated. the good news is that the receptionist immediately changed my room/apartment to another one, which was indeed very quiet and very clean. thanks!

Dermatina covering fell off the bed. No air conditioning. Front desk elsewhere, at first didn't figure out, walked around.
