The weather in October is like summer in Poland, with the sun every day, swimming pool on site, a few minutes walk to the sea, so if someone likes to swim, it's great. Very good living conditions. You can cook by yourself or there are three restaurants on the beach nearby.

You can hear the planes taking off a bit, but it did not bother me.It is close to the airport, so it's an advantage. At the beginning there is a problem with transport (if someone does not want to rent a car - left-hand traffic), but buses 611 and 612 to the port are fine.

Marios is a very kind host, made sure we have every thing we need. The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable. The beach is right across the street and there is a a very nice pool at the property and a jakoozy at the second floor. we enjoyd very much, great place!!!

it was comfortable with two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Marios was very helpful and helped us several times with quick responses to our queries! We will definitely return!

Our accomodation type didn't have any sea- or mountainviews (as was advertised), to be honest there was no view at all, because it had no windows :') Sadly we had to do an early checkout and leave in the middle of our stay, because the construction walls between our and neighbouring apartment are so thin that every word and movement can be heard from there. So it's not possible to have a quiet sleeptime.

Marios was a great host and made sure everything was in order during our stay. Complimentary bread, milk, cheese, ham, water, cereal & beers were waiting for us on arrival, so no need to get any shopping in on the first day. Especially handy when you have a late arrival. Marios also left a note of his phone number should we have needed to contact him for any reason. Really couldn't ask for more from a host than this. Another plus was that there was more toilet roll, towels & bed linen than you'll ever need here. Very well equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, with complimentary cleaning service provided halfway through our stay. Very bright and modern design, lots of outdoor space, and generally a very nice place to call home for a short while. The pool is only shared with a few other villas, and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves for most of our stay. More than big enough to share when the neighbours are using the facilities though. Plenty of sun loungers available, so never any hassle getting a nice spot at the pool for the day. There's a bus stop not far from the villa that allows easy access to Paphos harbour, and taxis also available for only €8 (Stevie's Taxis offering the best price and service) to the harbour area. Would definitely recommend 👍

Great owner who responded pretty quick to any questions. Place was really clean and of a high standard. The best Air conditioning I've ever had at any hotel Villa. You could really make this Villa cold as you could ever want. Owner left a pack of food essentials, really appreciated this as we arrived quite late in the evening and most takeaways and resteraunts were shut. Pool is really clean and very warm. The kids really enjoyed it. Plenty of space to relax inside and out. We will be back

A bit noisy during the weekend when the local cruise ships dock. We went on the cruise so cant complain too much! But, shut the secondary window blinds and you cant hear anything. So overall its OK
