Everything is there: loo roll, towels,bedding, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, kettle, microwave: even now a washing-up brush, which we left!

The only real issue with this property is the fact that the loo is separate from the shower room and the shower room is only accessible via the second bedroom. So you use the loo and then have to go through the second bedroom to wash your hands.

Key pick-up was supposed to be between 1500 and 1900 and we picked a 1500 to 1600 slot on Booking.com. We were given the number of a friend of the owners and told her that we would be there close to 1500. She said that would not be possible! However, she would call the owners and phone me back. This made me very nervous. The next day she called and all was fine. If we were to arrive close to 1500, we were to call from the French/Italian border about 30 minutes away. That evening, the owners messaged me via Booking.com to the effect that the friend was now not available but that a neighbour would show us in but only from 1630. I was now more nervous and annoyed that I was being messed about. I called him from the border, the neighbour met us at 1630 and all was well. However, all this had entailed three phone calls and numerous messages, all in French. It was not a relaxing start to the holiday. At the time, I was just pathetically grateful that all turned out well in the end but, on reflection, it was a shambles. The flat itself was cosy and comfortable. Its major flaw was that the lavatory was separate from the shower room and the shower room could only be accessed through the bunk bedroom. This made post-lavatory hand washing a bit of a pain.

Very convenient, clean and all facilities worked perfectly. Good communications from Sylvie, would recommend and use again. Perfect for a couple would be tight for four people so would recommend only for a couple.
