La posizione e la vista meravigliose sia dalla sala, sia dal terrazzo al piano superiore. Abbiamo soggiornato con un’altra famiglia con bambini nel mese di gennaio per pochi giorni ed anche se il tempo non è stato sempre clemente, abbiamo apprezzato il luogo. La casa è enorme con 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, uno spazioso living con sala da pranzo e cucina ed al piano superiore un altro living con lavanderia interna ed un’enorme vetrata con terrazzo esterno ed una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie, forno e microonde, giochi per bambini e giochi di società, lavatrice ed asciugatrice, utensili di ogni tipo e perfino sale, olio, caffè, zucchero, ecc. L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un elegante condominio dotato di ascensore e 2 posti auto coperti..Top!!!
Gli infissi un po’ datati ed alcune zone della casa che andrebbero ristrutturate.

This is an an amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. A few minutes to the beach for a morning swim and evenings at the roof terrace watching the most beautiful sunsets. Shops nearby for groceries, fresh pasta and cakes. Even a very nice book store! And a gelateria around the corner. Easy to take a bus to Viareggio train station for trips to Lucca, Pisa etc. My whole family loved staying there, and we would love to come back :)
A bit noisy in the evenings (weekends) from a bar close by, but this was no surprise to us as the location is so perfect by the beach etc.

Spacious penthouse, with plenty of room and nice finishing. 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
Very convenient location. Beach front.
Quite noisy at night, particularly in the weekends.
