The parking is bad for 4 wheels. The aircon is noisy and it didn’t even make the room cold over the night. plastic chair is not sturdy and they are aware of it because we saw a lot of damaged chair and seems like they are taking advantage of their unsturdy chair. Electric kettle is not functioning. The room and bathroom should be cleaned more.

The room was great. But i would suggest to clean the aircon filter because it was dusty. But overall it's been wonderful ☺️

I like the room just like a studio type. And the staff are kind and easy to locate the place

Hmmm. Bedings are not clean. Doors are hard to open. The room is smelly. And lack of facilities.

Surrounding area (vacant lot) was made into a dumpster. I know it's not within vicinity but is not really good to see especially for foreign guests

Property is in a good spot however transportation can be an issue when heading out to the city. It takes an average of 15-30mins before finding a ride. There are food stalls, sari-sari store nearby in case you forget to buy something these are just a few meters away. Foodpanda is able to deliver food to the location.

Wifi is a bit spotty - will kick you out of the connection at random times. We were sitauted at the farthest room at the back so that might be the reason for that. Globe and Smart LTE/4G signal strong at the location. The door know was a bit tricky to use as were locked inside and had to call out for help.

I like that it is spacious.

Shower not working. Clogged sink. The toilet does not flush. The non stop noise of the smoke alarm. Annoying blinds/curtains in the door.

I like that the bathroom fixtures were improved. It was better than the last time we stayed. Keep it up! The people are nice. ☺️
