The apartment was modern, clean, functional and comfortable. We had everytjing to enjoy our time in Kissamos. Location is exceptional, beach is literally leds than one minute walk, lots of places with sunbeds and umbrellas, bars and restaurants, strategically located fpr visitinf Balos, Falassarna and Elafonisi. Emmanouela was an amazing host, she helped us at every moment we needed.

Room is small. Lack of intimacy because our window and door entrance were facing the parking. There is just one little window so it is difficult to circulate air.

Lovely contemporary apartment with excellent facilities. Really clean, comfortable, with a kitchenette stocked with all that you need. Lovely little touches - a good coffee maker, water in the fridge and a small bottle of wine waiting on arrival, plus a taverna right on the beach next door, run by the same family. Everyone made me feel very welcome. Would definitely visit again.

it’s beautifully designed and kept immaculately clean with beach towels provided and a welcome bottle of wine, raki and a nice coffee machine as well. On arrival, there seemed to be a fault with the air con which we reported and a new air con unit was fitted within about an hour! Customer service was excellent. It doesn’t have a sea view, but you are literally 30 seconds or less walk to the beach where there are gorgeous cabanas which you can use for free if you spend a certain amount at the beach bar, which has the loveliest staff! Its in a quiet location so you many want to get a bus up into the centre of Kissamos but it’s brilliantly located for the bus station from where you can catch buses for Falassara and to the port for Balos Bay. Highly recommended for a relaxing break in the sun. Thank you so much Emmanuela and Nikos!

It's a really great place to stay in Kissamos. The apartment is very clean, the bathroom is comfortable and with the largest shower I have seen in Greece. The bed is comfortable, there was also a well equipped kitchenette. Our room was right by the sea which was amazing. There is a restaurant next to the apartment but don't worry, it is not noisy. Convenient starting point to Balos or Falasarna, there is also a nice beach nearby.

The room had only one rather small window but I would say that it was only a minor incovenience since most of the time I had the door open.
