Я была здесь 8 часов во время транзита. Хороший для этих целей. Очень доброжелательный персонал- ресепшен супер- пытаются понять, все для гостя. Уборщица улыбается и тоже пытается на английском что-то объяснить (в китае. Уборщица. На английском. ) сотрудник около двери организовывает; водитель шатла вызвал приятные эмоции... вобщем сотрудники необыкновенно для Китая и для такой цены. Я жила в Китае несколько лет и сравниваю.
За эти деньги очень чисто -400 юаней примерно. Старенький отель, но очень чистый за эти деньги.
Завтрак в китайском стиле- жареные овощи, лапша... Я ела только арбуз. Тарелки не бьющиеся.
Я перепутала при брони даты транзита и забронировала на следующий день. Они пошли на уступку и разрешили не оплачивать, что бы я не теряла деньги. По этому их решению понятно какое там клиентоориентированное руководство.
Во круг отеля в поле моего зрения ничего из магазинов не было.
Зубные щетки, ватные палки надо брать на ресепшн. Тапки хорошие в номере. Постель чистая воздушная, подушки нормальные. Интернет нормальный. Розетки китайские. Отель для транзита или ночи перед вылетом. В следующий раз приеду сюда.

Für eine Zwischenstopp zwischen zwei Flügen am PVG ideal. Preis-Leistung hervorragend. Lage perfekt. Super sauber, gut organisiert, sehr gutes Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee und viel Auswahl. Grund für die Wahl war der Shuttle-Service und der hat auch perfekt funktioniert.

really wish there was a restaurant either on-site or nearby. When I arrived at 8 pm, I found myself unable to get any dinner. I was informed that the nearest restaurant was about 1 km away, which wasn't feasible for a single female to walk to during the night.

Very clear where to go for free transfer from airport. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast choice was superb.

It's a decent airport hotel within a 10 minute ride to PVG airport. They offer free shuttle-bus (you need to opt for it and register yourself though) and a nice breakfast. It consists of 2 buildings. The reception is in Bldg 1 and we stayed at Bldg 2. A short walk is not a big deal.
There are no dining/shopping options within a walking distance. The nearby shopping mall is 8min taxi ride but calling up a taxi became an unexpected problem. Thanks to the bellboy who gladly ordered a meal for us (we couldn't use any Chinese apps to order it on our own).

With only staying there for one night it was pretty difficult to find things to dislike.

Arriving there is kind of hard. The closest metro station is far and not walkable. That station has no taxis so you have to hire cars that stand there to drive at 30 rmb. To be fare If you come from the airport the free shuttle will solve it you would have to adapt to the timings

Except near to PVG , nothing was fine. Well, even not that nearby as we thought. The only nice thing is that they provide a big shuttle bus to PVG. I think that nobody would like to stay in this hotel. Are you sure it is a 4 star hotel?!?! Unbelievable dirty and stingy!

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We arrived just before midnight and reception was still fully staffed. They forgot to charge me when we checked in and so rang me the next morning, which was a nice wake up call to avoid us missing breakfast, and employee number 207 at reception gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

We were transiting through Shanghai when we stayed at the hotel. It was perfect for our situation. It was close to the airport and the staff were helpful once we arrived. We had an early morning flight and they provided a bagged breakfast for us since we would’ve missed the buffet. That was a very thoughtful touch. 
We sent several messages to the hotel about transportation, and they never responded to us. Once we arrived, it was clear that no one spoke any English so it was unlikely they even understood our messages sent on Booking.com and therefore disregarded them. The shuttle service to the airport runs once an hour, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage; however he took us to the wrong terminal. I think these small little glitches could have been avoided if some of the staff spoke English. It was just surprising given the fact that it’s Shanghai and it’s next to a International in Airport.

Bed is big, great space, nice and diverse breakfast! If u don't want to spend money in taxis (Taxi in Shanghai is SO expensive), the Hotel has free buses from Airport to Hotel and from Hotel to Airport, in the Airport u can use subway/metro and it's a nice way to save money!!
The silence and near the Airport is cool!!! I had read bad experiences here, but I don't know what are they talking about.
For english speakers, the staff don't speak too much, I recommend u to learn chinese basic stuff for hotels because they are so nice!

The room was a decent size and reasonably clean.
There was a LOT of noise outside as the hotel appears to be located right next to some kind of warehouse. The location of the hotel is very poor. It is advertised as being close to the airport, which was one of our criteria for choosing it, but this is highly misleading- the taxi ride took quite a lot longer than expected (a good 30 mins or more) and the driver had to ask directions several times. This hardly bodes well for a hotel claiming to be close to the airport terminal. There was no food or drink available in the evening- my colleague and I checked in after 10pm following a long haul flight- and the breakfast in the morning was also not great, with all the food being cleared away by 8:45.
