Apartment was clean And quiet and view was fine

Housekeeper was not so cooperative* Had difficulty in washing clothes as he didn't allow us to use the washing machine and didn't give us a good room even though the entire apartment was empty at one point of time. A little Rude and cleaning was not done everyday*

The caretaker was helpful and supportive

The property did not look the same as the pictures, the kitchen cupboards are broken, the walls could use a coat of paint as it is stained and dirty, the bathroom has limescale which needs to be scrubbed clean daily, there properly has a strong urine smell which also comes from outside so it needs air freshener

that property was a shared space. sharing space with other families or couples is not the best option. this needs to be very clearly mentioned in the adv on booking.com

Over flowing sewage next to building, soiled and bad linen, pillows had no foam neck was dangling in air, bed was broken (which manager did fix) but still kept making horror movie noises. WiFi was very poor connection was active only in living room. On booking.com listing says full apartment but it's just a bedroom (1room) is allocated by management company ( which they sent on chat). Flat is on 5th floor. Apartment is spacious as it's a 4 Bedroom flat which is split room wise and given on rent by company. Company demands cash payment (no credit card) but accepts PayPal. Manager is responsive. Very loud noise early morning (5:30 am) as an Islamic graveyard is right next to the building. It's so loud that it feels it's coming from your house. Check in was very bad, some email from booking company had to be sent to front desk of building security office which was not sent. My flight got late and after midnight reached building where security guys made me wait for 15-20 minutes took all pics of identity card. After holding a round table conference they finally decided to let us in (even after making them talk to caretaker on mobile) an army of security guards pounce on you at main gate as you enter, felt like going to Fort Knox Overall at this rate much better options in a 3./4 star hotel can be looked at unless you have work in Goregaon suburbs.

Each n everything is excellent and I felt like at home.

Out of 3 nights stay 01 day Bed Linens and Cleaning not done. Rest was really Good. Caretaker Ramanand ands his son Ajay were good.

Host Pravin is very nice person and takes guests request seriously. Property is clean and care takers are also very nice

Why does this low grade room set up come up in search with 4* and 5* properties? This is no star, dorm/low budget guest house feel. I paid and run away from there after 3hours!! Why is it called „Isec apartments” rather than „Isec rooms” or „Isec PG”?! arriving I called the keeper (took a while, he wasnt picking up) and informed I’m reaching in 20mis and will call him once again when Im st the gate. Once I reached, he again took time to answer calls and refused to come down asking if im sure I have a booking. Me being a blonde a European looking lost, builfing gate security took interest and was helpful, checked my booking mail and my id and told me to walk to tower B. Once I reached the poorly maintained, low quality apartment I was shown my tiny room. I asked if theres another option as it was smelly (smelling of an old man to be precise as if he had been occupying it). I was told they are fully booked. But there was no trace of the same inntheir guest book where I had to fill out my detsils. I later checked online if the place has availability and indeed it did have other rooms for the same night so clearly the keeper lied to me. Apart from him (aged man) there was a young guy for cleaning etc. So I was alone with two men hanging around. Keeper was sitting in the living room on the sofa which was intimidating. Could not use common areas. Back to the room - smelly, missing light bulbs, pigeon excrements on the dirty small balcony, poor kitchen, cracked walls. I stepped out to see building facilities, massive construction going on at tower A facing the garden so its noisy and dusty. Peeked outside the parking lot only to see a CEMENTARY and a DIRTY trash filled smelly river. Substandard experience, bad vibe. I came back to the apartment and had to stsnd for 10mins at the door as no one was answering. Finally after calling the keepers mobile he woke up and dragged himself to open the door and let me in….

Hey, Property is good. It is comfortable to stay. Comparatively there is 80% positivity and 20% average. Awesome balcony, fully equipped kitchen, care taker is ready to serve you what you want. Good air conditioning.

Sanitary ware in washrooms can be improved, washrooms hygiene.
