The location is great.
The site says the apartment has AC it has forgot to mention only in the living room not in the bedrooms...

The location is great and the apartment looks like it was newly renovated and refurbished. Access is very easy 100 feet from Plaza Major. The host was very attentive and communication was handled well.
The main problem is that there is only one mini-split air condition unit, located in the living room. The 3 bedrooms don't have air condition. Unless you keep the door open, you will not receive any cold air. To add to the injury, the air condition works only for about 15 minutes. Apparently it has a movement sensor that will detect if a person is in the room. That means that unless you stay in the living room and move constantly, the air condition will not work. It wasn't terrible hot in Salamanca when we visited, but I imagined that during the summer months, it will be impossible to stay in this apartment without air condition.
