location, good value for price

the toilet lid was broken and some necessities were missing, however we got everything immediately when we asked for it

I did like the location and the lady who was super nice and very helpful. we had an issue with the wifi and she fixed it immediately.

unfortunately the kitchen is not really handy as it took me 1.5 hr to make 1l water to boil!!! the fridge is very noisy too and you hear it throughout the whole night! The room is next to the other one and the neighbors would wake us up everytime they would had come in and out from their place. the sofa bed is very unpleasant and feels is either old or loose and definitely noisy.
