the property is ok but the location is a bit far.

staff seemed friendly although they don’t speak English
Wi-Fi didn’t work, there was no water, they only said last minute it was cash only. didn’t understand that I would like to not be interrupted as I was trying to sleep after a long journey

Staff nice. Breakfast included served in room. Quiet place except for Aircon.

It was quite with nice size bedroom
No water at the beginning of our stay I see cockroach in Cr and the pipe was broken to wash your bottom

none... they adverstised the online price as discounted price but when you reach the pension house, the same rate was hang on their office wall.. so, no DISCOUNT!! THEY ARE LIARS!
The Room was adverstised as 50 sqm but the truth is only 22 sqm.
- there was no wifi in the room. it is far from the road and a big problem when raining.
- the room is dirty,
- the kitchen drawers are smelly.
- the toilet is dirty with hairs on the sink and the water for the bidet is not working.
most of all, the bad experience is with the owner who was not avilable on site and very sarcastic. not a memorable exoerience and surely will never come back.. :-(

Went we came to the hotel, they told us, that they cancelled our reservation and that they sent us an email about it. We check again our emails and there was NOTHING! Also on Booking was our room confirmed.
Staff that was in resort can not speak english, so we have very long and not very nice talk with one women through the Phone. They wanted to give us another room (Only one that was available) which was more expensive. Because this situation was not caused by us, we would not accept this. After long conversation through phone, they decided to give us room in price we ordered.
This behaviour made us really mad and WE DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT !
In breakfast are not included drinks, even water (you have to pay for them extra).
