The people were very nice, the restaurant inside the camping was very good

I stayed before in this campsite, always quiet and comfortable as expected. The bungalow provided all I needed and was a good home for two weeks!

everything was cool, we had our own Bungalow which was very comfortable, the pool was clean and calm, they were not a lot of people so we had some nice time over there also, at all everything was great

Lovely small campsite! Kids loved it. Pool is just lovely. Mobile home was clean and suites our family of 5.

Nice and quiet place, excellent for those who prefer a simple and affordable accomodation with all the basic stuff included. Norman was very helpful and affable and we are very grateful for his kind assistance.

Pretty difficult to travel to Niece or to other major cities without a car as it involves several bus changes. If you walk, the sidewalk is missing in some places.

Perfect location to explore French riviera

Everything was like we are expected. For us was important to spend a nights somewhere, because we was exploring a area a lot. So it was a good value for money for 4 persons family. Before arriving we get all the information on the email, we knew that the bed linen and the towels is not included in the price, so we took all the staff with us, easy when you travelling by car. Otherwise you can rent from the owner. Location was ok, easy to get anywhere. Also quite and safe at night. We arrived very late at night, so we didn’t had a possibility to meet our owner, but he was really super nice and friendly when we was talking on the phone, also chatting on the messages. Thanks Norman for your hospitality ! Wish you the best !

The swimming pool is lovely. Also the vegetation and trees on site are plentiful. They provide WiFi, albeit, it is a slow connection. The caravan was also relatively clean.

Ok, so I'm going to keep this factual. THIS IS NOT A HOLIDAY RESORT. The majority of the accommodation is occupied by permanent tenants who have unkempt static homes. I would not advise that you bring your children here. The campsite does not resemble on the online booking pictures in anyway. There is no bedding provided, no kettle provided, no toilet roll provided, TV didn't work, no oven, no shop on-site and the staff were not willing to help and we were made to feel like an inconvenience to them. The caravan has very poor sound insulation and we were able to hear the people talking in the neighbouring caravan throughout the night. It is in a very poor location (in the middle of an industrial estate) with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. It is situated 25 minute walk away from the pebble beach on a very busy road with very few pavements to walk on so you'll find yourself walking on the road most of the way. There are no amenities at the pebble beach i.e sunloungers, shops, cafes or restaurants. Marineland and Antibes Land were both closed. We had to walk an hour to the nearest shop in Antibes.

A bit far to the main supermarket on foot

Location was perfect and peaceful which is great given the big cities nearby. Whenever I had a query i was answered very efficiently too.

You had to light the cooker with a match or lighter as the ignition button was missing. It was a little far on foot to the bigger supermarket.

This was the second time we stayed at L’Eden. The mobile home is great & has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a few minutes drive to the beach & train station. The train is handy to jump on if wanting to visit places like Nice, Antibes & Cannes. The train is cheap, hassle free & a lot easier than driving & attempting to park at those destinations. Driving around Nice is no fun! so highly recommend the train. You can park on the beach for free & walk to Biot train station in less than a minute. The train to Antibes takes 3 minutes so quicker than driving. The campsite has a great bar & serves lovely food. There is car washing facilities, laundry washing machines & the site is secure & safe. We will be booking again as love the place.

The bangalôo I had was not that new, could use a refurbishing.

The bungalow did not look like it did in the photos, but it was clean & had everything one needs. The pool is lovely. restaurant serves good food & reasonably priced. it’s close to the beach & waterpark. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Have rebooked already

The site could do with a little TLC We had trouble getting back in after 10pm as the entrance code wasn’t working. but eventually got in

We saw them clean everything (toilets, shower...) many times before being allowed to use them. We could clean our hands in many different locations.

Clean and friendly

We liked the central location - we used it as a base and then did daily trips to Nice, Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco. The mobile home was spotless, aircon worked like a charm and Norman, our contact person, was really such a pleasure to deal with. This place is really great value for money and in my opinion, so much better than staying in a tiny hotel room and paying triple the price!
