The unit was okay. Maybe you can provide iron and induction stove.
The staff was not responsive anymore after paying.😃
The common area has a foul smell also the elevator.

Great location for visiting Taal lake and a good view from the roof of the building. The building felt safe and secure, and was an easy check-in process.
Apartment is very basic, and could do with being updated. Bed's not too comfy.
Didn't use the pool in the building but was always very busy.

The place is very a accessible. Within the highway and very near several restaurants.
It is an airbnb type accommodation, we need to call to inform the owner that we are checking in. This is usual but a bit hassle especially if the area has poor signal.

there talagang magiging happy ang staycation mo. malinis ang room at very accomodating po si Den. Di ka nya pag antayin once na nasa area ka na very professional. She practice social distancing😊sana may room din na may front view sa Taal.. 😊 definitely will spend our next staycation at Migs Place.
