Nice little place with a simple kitchen.
Maybe bad timing with the heatwave, but with only a tiny fan it got super hot and stuffy in there.

Very central, exactly what we needed and a great size for 2 people
We couldn’t find a bin outside for our rubbish when leaving (perhaps we were just being stupid?) apart from that the place was excellent

Bed was really comfortable and there was enough space to keep all my stuff.
There is a lot of mold in the bathroom and next to the entrance. I was not able to leave my luggage earlier, this is the first time this happend to me. If you need so much time for cleaning, you should make sure it is clean. Also, a small tip - sharpen that big knife.

The place was clean and central.
The electrical system of the room was not working properly. Whenever we turned on the heating, the fuse went off and we were in the dark. The staff is not reachable or problem solver. Therefore, we had to find the fuse and switched it on. Although lights were working, we couldn't use the heater after that. They knew the room had this problem yet, we were not informed. When I complained, they told me the electrician will attend next week. Well i dont care about that as my stay there had to be in a freezing room as our visit was in January. This information should have been on the website.

The heating was off when I arrived and it took the two days for the room to get warm

Location and easy access to the property and subway, public transport.
The room needs an upgrade when it comes to the facilities as the fridge was leaking, the room slightly smelled of mold, heavy dust under the bed and behind the TV , dirty Windows. Overall no problem.

Mold on the bathroom ceiling, extremely noisy and wasn't that close to restaurants and shops etc.

A great place for a reasonable prize. Very close to most of important places. Just few meters walk to the Metro. Self check-in possibility. Recommended.

As agreed, no breakfast included... so N/A. Some kitchenette materials! Nice linen bed sheets! resent updates to apartment. Good location is great for rugby stadium events! Some nice pubs / cafes near by. near a large water canal, with trees and a great running walking path! On a major transit route! Had to change reservation weeks prior to arrival - No problems in making this work!
Bathroom was very small. No shower curtain to stop water flooding out of the bathroom during a shower. No clear instructions in English for entry. Had to ask a neighbour lady for help! System of two look boxes to get into apartment. Never met a host. Generic email communication. Street noise in the morning from trucks and traffic, some load passers by at night. Not a huge issue, but not a tranquil stay.

TLDR: be very cautious of this property.
The first time we left the property we found we were unable to get back inside the building as the owner had given us a defective key. Calling the property manager, we were told they could either lock us in overnight or we could call the owner to see if he could give us a spare key. The owner didn’t answer, and calling back the first number we found they had seemingly turned off their phone rather than help us. This left us locked out without access to our bags or medicine I needed to take. Calling Booking.com’s customer service, we were told they would cancel the booking, get us a refund, find us a new place to sleep for the night and call us back “in a few minutes” to confirm. They never did any of this, despite our spending more than 30 euro in call credit while on hold with their helpline, repeatedly starting from scratch with a new person each time we had to call back. Thankfully, after three hours on the street, a neighbour in the building saw we were in trouble and helped us. At 9am the next morning (about twelve hours later) we got a text from the property manager asking if we’d like to be let in to the building, apparently assuming that we’d either slept outside or wandered the streets all night. To top this off, several days later we found that the owner had quietly charged my card 20 euro for "key repair", not saying anything about this until we enquired about the charge. Unsurprisingly, the property owner refused to give us a refund for this night, and Booking.com provided absolutely no help, taking the side of the property at every turn and eventually refusing to answer my emails asking for help. I am currently considering filing court papers with the European commission for consumer protection. Needless to say, we will not be using MyToul’House or Booking.com’s services again, and I strongly advise other travellers to be cautious of both.
