Location was excellent - overlooking the Lake, close enough to stroll to town. Facilities were great - a welcome hamper, great internet access, plenty of cooking accessories - including an electric BBQ on the balcony. Lovely clean apartment with plenty of natural light. Heating & cooling good - yep even in Feb we used the gas fire -as it got down to 8 deg C at night. despite being 30+ deg C in the day! Bed was extremely comfortable.

Shower rather small & had no accessories to hold soaps, sponges, shampoos, etc - had to be located on shower base .

Location was good. Property was spacious for two people.

The couch is painfully uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs some work. There were long dark hairs throughout the property including on the toilet seat. A large dead moth in the dining area and an infestation of carpet beetles. I found their eggs on the stairs and larvae on the spare blanket in the wardrobe and the blind in the lounge area. I let the property managers know on departure and was told I should have told them during my stay. Not sure if they have done anything about it but it’s something to be mindful of before packing your best wool coat or cashmere knitwear to take with you. Road noise was significantly in the bedroom and with neighboring properties being very close by, you get to hear cars coming and going throughout the night.

Clean and light and bright! Loved all the little decorating touches and even a cute Christmas tree. the welcome hamper was full of lots of little treats. Very comfortable bed, and a kitchen that was well stocked with everything you could ever need.

The front door handle decided to play up and couldn’t be opened from either the inside or outside on our last morning! Luckily the back door was all ok for access.

Coffee machine did not worked.

It was fine thank you. We left behind what we didn't need.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor and the temperature was inconsistent. Also, the hot water in the bathroom took a very long time to heat. A heat pump adjoining the bathroom would help a lot.

The lovely food hamper box was a nice surprise on arrival. This property is so close to the walking track around the lake - it is perfect place to relax and unwind. The private deck area is perfect for enjoying breakfast or reading a book.
