Plenty of room, clean, all facilities, close to beach

Very well cleaned accomodation. We were near the main entrance and was worried about traffic noise both internal patrons and external. Absolutely not a problem. Did not become aware of traffic or think about it until leaving when I realised it wasn’t a problem. Friendly helpful staff. Recommend and we will be returning in winter.
Sorry but nothing comes to mind. But if you really get picky, a small pair of scissors to open the small long life milk packs, or am I doing it wrong, haha. Now that’s getting trivial!

Access to what we were there to do and to other facilities. The area and the site were quiet.
Not as clean as expected and the bed was not comfortable. The overall stay I would rate as average.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good facilities. Good value for money. 5 minute (approx) walk for dinner and 10 minute (approx) from the beach. Amazingly clean town, walked around with no shoes. Kids park was very clean, safe (protectors around swing pole) and loved the clean sand.
Wasn't able to find games room.

Great location! What a hidden gem this area is! The park was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our cabin - all the facilities were great thankyou
Our bed was a little uncomfortable- however I think we are just blessed at home with a new bed.

Ease of checking in late due to ferry delay.
Rooms we're faultless. Location great, beautiful river estuary. Regret not spending another night and tripping up to north end of Cradle mountain.

Price wise good. Location easy to find. Very friendly staff.
Update paintwork and heating. You need hooks and shelves to store clothes. Space is a little cramped. i.e, door is centred, which restricts room use.

Spacious cabin for 4 people.
Enough pillows and extra blankets
Mostly Clean and tidy.(except for the one plate)

We required no fuss accommodation for Easter, this fit the bill really well. There was a kids playground that was a sandpit with play equipment and the kids enjoyed it fine. The park was very quiet and safe to have children be kids. We had no issues at any time with staff or visitors of the park. If your after a budget place to stay I would defiantly recommend. Port Sorell was lovely and if your happy to dive 1 hour in any direction there was plenty to do and see.
The park manager/owner was friendly, but it wouldn't hurt for him to smile....we also had to ask about the Wi-Fi password the following day to our arrival, but to be fair we arrived outside normal hours so maybe that was the reason he forgot.

Hard to find something nice to say
Curtains were closed so very dark on entry, chairs were stacked on table, had to make my bed, no condiments in kitchen, shower had grime on floor and part way up the sides, Donna's very thin had to use two to keep warm, not impressed

The location was ideal to be close to our family and friends. The property was exactly what we needed for a short stay but would happily stay there again for another couple of nights.

Playground area for kids definitely needs attention, play equipment out dated and unsafe. Also not properly fenced
