Great apartment with fantastic view. Good layout and well equipped. Own parking space very close to the apartment. Highly recommended.

The place is great! It looks much better than in the photos. It has all the facilities - kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need and much more.
What is great about this appartment is that it has a great balcony and view - the view is on the park and ocean. It is veeeery quiet.
The pool is very clean and well maintained. The sun stays there all day long. Only few people used it when we were there. Unfortuantely, the pool is not heated but if it warm enough outdoor you can use it - we did.

Everything else. The common areas are beautifully filled with plants. Very clean apartment and very well decorated and fitted. Loved the waterjets in the tub.
On foot from the access gate, there are about 8 flight of stairs to the apartment. No lift. Mosquitoes!!!
