Right after booking confirmation the hostess contacted us via WhatsApp and helped us very well. Clear explanation how we would meet her and that was done great!!! Very kind and helpful, even after a late arrival at the airport.

No suggestions. Everything was done and taken care of properly. Spacious, clean and high quality (European style) appartment.

The area was secure and had a nice gate. The pool looked nice and the units were private. Supermarket next door was very convenient. There were not much pros to be completely honest as the place needs alot of work and maintenance to get up to par.

There was no entry door into the compound. We had to jump over the gate to come back at night with out our car. As well, the pool was freezing cold and we did not swim in it. Now in regards to the room. It was mediocre at best. We had constant issues with our suite. There was no running hot water for the entire duration of our stay. Furthermore, there was no gas for the first two days so we could not cook. WE COULD NOT HAVE A HOT SHOWER FOR THE ENTIRE TWO WEEK STAY. This is unacceptable as we paid alot of money to be there and could have chosen a variety of different options. If you are expecting a 4 star hotel level condo do yourself a favour and look for something else. There was no dishwasher in the suite so if you needed to cook a meal you would have to hand wash all the dishes. As well, the laundy area was filthy and dusty and it looks like no one has cleaned that area for a few years. The bedrooms were well placed however lacked some basic needs such as better air conditioning as it kept resetting on its own.
