The roads on Santorini, many in very poor condition and very little room.

Owner and staff were extraordinarily helpful and courteous. Went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, assisted with coordinating rental car and atv to be delivered and picked up on location. Always available to assist with any questions and give recommendations for sites and restaurants.

We stayed for a total of 7 days, which we really enjoyed. Beautiful views and a very cozy and private opportunity for sunbathing. Breakfast can be ordered according to the menu (5 different options) until 11:30. The amount of food is very okay and the food is versatile. Sleeping was good and peaceful because the rooms were dark and cool. The quality of cleaning was very professional and presentable. We recommend visiting the nearby "Metaxi Mas" home restaurant for a real taste experience. The host of the place was more accommodating and friendly than expected, we got help with the transfer, all questions and ATV rental, and on top of that, a late check-out. 10/10 experience for sure.

The Villa was clean and very nice. There was seating area direct above the living area with your own Jacuzzi. View was beautiful where you can see the Sun rise in the morning and see the sea and the airport. The Host (Christine and Demetrious) were very helpful and catered for any needs to get around the Island. Christine arranged our pick up from Airport and also arranged a Hire Car which we needed to travel around. She also came and chatted with us on first day and explained where to go on the Island and where to eat...

Parking was not near so had to walk either up or down the stairs but one way to get some steps in. There was nothing that could be said bad about this place.

The property is very nicely decorated and has magnificent views from the hot tub. Dimitrios was very helpful and responsive to our enquiries throughout our whole stay.

Very nice place on the hill. Every day, the territory of the villa and the rooms are maintained and cleaned. Delicious breakfast delivered to a place just for you. There is no traffic near the hotel, so you can enjoy peace and quiet.

Everything was excellent! Our villa had a hot tube and a very nice view! the cleaning lady arranged our little baby toys different each day. We alao had a baby bed and chair for free. Dimitri helped us to rent the car and he arranged our coming/departure to the airport. He also help me with my husband birthday 🎂 cake! the breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety from which we have choose, all fresh and nice looking

We hired a car but it would be a difficult experience to stay without one at the location.

Breakfast was exceptional and delivered in picnic baskets at the requested time. Host was amazing and even planned our site visits around the Island for us and dropped us off as well.

Patio area with jacuzzi was excellent. Nice breakfast delivered each morning. Staff really helpful. Cave house apartment clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the light switches did not work but the host came and fixed the main ones we were having problems with.

Airport transfer was arranged, our hosts Jack and Dimitrios were AMAZING and really helpful.They provided a really personal service and gave us the best recommendations in terms of activities, sightseeing and restaurants. As they are locals, you have access to a wealth of knowledge which takes you off the beaten path and leads you to the most gorgeous places and food. The breakfast is ordered the night before giving you many options like bread, fruit, pastries etc. You can always contact them via WhatsApp and they are happy to assist you with whatever you need such as taxis or walking itineraries to nearby restaurants. I can genuinely not fault them and you can feel that they are committed and very passionate about the suites.

I would not recommend this property to people with mobility issues as the access requires you to walk on steep steps under the Greek sun, which is really trying when carrying luggage or groceries. Also, you really need to rent a car as taxis in Santorini are expensive but luckily Jack and Dimitrios will help you arrange it.

The property was spacious and comfortable. The patio with hot tub had gorgeous views of the island. The hosts, especially Dimitrios, were very accommodating and there to assist us with whatever we needed. The Wi-Fi worked great. The daily breakfast was delivered to our door in a picnic basket for that extra touch. The experience was top notch.

It was difficult at times to access the location. The island doesn't have names on many of the roads. And once you reach the property, you are really just at the leasing office and then brought to one of 20 units they are renting in the area. Ours was on a side road road, up a mountain. Very difficult to explain to a taxi driver or to find at night without specific instructions. Luckily, the hosts sent us a map with a dropped pin for us to share with our Uber drivers after we got lost twice. But for future visits, a rental car is definitely the way to go.

Iakovos is an excellent host. Prepared everything for my baby (extra bed). The breakfast is really good with fresh fruits, pastries marmelade, bread... the spa is cool with a nice view (wake up early and take a bath for the sunset it's amazing). He helped us with his good advices of what has to be seen on the island ! The room is really clean cosy and comfy. We had problems with my baby and he drove us to the hospital and stayed with us. (Finally everything was ok). We asked him to stop to a grocery because we didn't eat for hours. He proposed us to go to Fira eat something. So we had to speak a little whilst eating with a view on Fira's bay. Great moment we had after all the mess you went through. He is really kind and makes everything possible to make our journey unforgettable. I recommend Iakovos and his rooms to everybody !!! Ill go back there anytime Ill go back on the island.

Excellent location if you are planning to travel around the island. The apartment itselfe is quite big and very comfortable. Also the hosts are extremly friendly and helpful
