it is homey, fresh, the people are very approachable and accomodating. breakfast is simple but tastes good and filling

Chambre spacieuse, propre, savon et café à disposition, eau chaude ++ et surtout au calme !
Excellent personnel.
L’hôte et sa famille est d’une gentille énorme.
Et elle a gentiment acceptée de nous rembourser nos nuits ( nous étions bloqué sur coron à cause d’un typhon).
Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille, et est servi dans leur salon à l’heure souhaitée. J’ai trouvé ça top !
Nous avons adorés séjourner dans cette famille, nous regrettons de ne pas y être resté plus longtemps.
Nos enfants se sont bien amusés avec leur chiens!

Location - it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Filipino hospitality is the best! Breakfast choices were varied and great.

This is a pleasant stay. The single room is very, very small. Bed is comfortable tho, and the fan is positioned nicely. Staff are lovely, kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. WI-FI, like most of Philippines is not too good, slow. Location ok, 7 min walk from bus station, but roads are mix of concrete and dusty, muddy dirt track, and dark at nightfall, but I didn’t feel unsafe.
Toilet down outside and down the stairs. Cold shower only.

While many of our friends paid high amount for beach front hotels and were not satisfied from the room, we were so happy with our choice. Feranco in does not face the beach but is only 100 meter walk. It's very quite, comfortable rooms and very friendly owner and stuff. We warmly reccomended this place to anyone planning a visit to Port Barton.

It feels like home. Marife helped us with everything, arranging the transport to and from and also an island hopping.
Breakfast was delicious!! I would highly recommend it and I wish I can come back shortly.

The owner is very accommodating to us. She prioritized my comfort since I've brought my baby. I've booked the double bed room with shared bathroom. but when were there, she showed me first and let me checked the big room with 4 single bed with own private bathroom. She really want me to get that room so we can be comfortable. I am very thankful to them.

The guesthouse is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is very generous and there are both hot and cold showers. The wifi isn't the best but at least it's there (can't be said for all of Port Barton) and good enough for messaging and light browsing.
The staff is very, VERY pushy with the island hopping tour. My partner and I weren't sure whether we wanted to do one, or just relax in Port Barton. The first two days they asked us at least 20 times and after that we told them to please stop asking, as it was getting truly annoying. We ended up not booking a tour, partly because of this.

The family is completely adorable, they are so nice and respectful. They explained all the options about what to do in Port Barton. They managed the pick up at the airport and the van for our next destination.

We stayed for three nights here and had a fantastic stay. The staff are very welcoming and will help you with everything you need. Property in a quiet location and close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was great. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom but never had any issues.
Would highly recommend booking island hopping through the accommodation. Their tour is exceptional and was our favourite in all of the Philippines.

Good value for your money! The room was really clean and the location is good and quiet. Breakfast was also good and the staff was friendly.

Awsome attention and service from the staff team. Especially Sanny! Great assistance for tours, bike rental, tricycle etc. We did tour A and were totally happy.
In the accomodation got free water, nice breakfast. Hot water for coffee in the room.
I fell in love with the cute dogs there. Dont worry they dont bark at all! Location is close to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. I can definitely recommend!

Staffs were helpful but don't know their job. No experience on the hôtellerie. They don't even know their tourist spots.
We reserved a room for 2 persons but we had a family room with 4 beds.
Continental breakfast must be avoided. Filipino breakfast wasn't good at all. Salty and fatty.
Air-conditioning is too noisy so is the electric/wall fan.

I had a great stay at Ferranco Tourist Inn. Marife and her family are so nice and kindhearted people.
The room is very nice, comfy and clean. And it comes with a kettle and coffee!
You can also refill your water bottle, which is great.
The breakfast options are awesome and very nicely cooked. It's a perfect location to explore Port Barton. I highly recommend this guesthouse :)

The feeling like home.
Marilou en Mariafe were always around for a nice social chat, checking if everything was oke, making fun with our kids, facilitating all activities in and around Port Barton and of course checking wishes for breakfast.
maybe we are spoiled during our travel, but if you want room service like clean towels or bed sheets changed, it’s something you have to ask. apparently that’s something very common in the Philippines. at every stay or hotel, this is the case.
when asked Marilou changed sheets and gave us new towels immediately🙏

The breakfast is all delicious, and huge portions so sets you up for a day of swimming, hiking, island hopping etc.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The family was very kind, the hospitality was great! The shower water was hot and the location was close to everything.
The bed wasn't comfortable and quite small, as was the room. The sheets had a weird smell and the room was full of mosquitos, so we had to sleep under a mosquito net.
