The owner was really nice to offer us a better option which would suit our needs best. The facilities in our room were kind of old but it was not substandard, this will definitely be one of my options if I need a place to stay again in case we would have big events nearby. The room where we stayed had really great view!

Just the availability of facilities posted versus the actual. Thought we would have a hair blower but it wasn't available, and the owner was not reachable when we tried to ask, it wasn't too much of a deal but it would have been best to list or disclose which and which are not subject to availability.

Staff is friendly

Check-in was not good. Room was not prepared. Security had to help contact the host. This needs to be fixed.

The location and the views are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has its own parking and as if you have your own condo. Good place to get together with friends and family who can’t visit the provinces. Also good opportunity to cook your own dishes.

The apartment we stayed in needs a little bit of TLC to bring its standard high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped foot in the establishment, I was blown away by the level of service and comfort provided. The condotel itself was beautifully designed, with modern and luxurious furnishings. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The caretaker , also the security gurads at the condotel were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the standout features of the condotel was the stunning views it offered. Whether it was a panoramic cityscape or a breathtaking ocean view, every room seemed to have a picturesque vista. It was a treat to wake up to such beautiful scenery each morning. Plus it is beside the Rizal Park where you can wake up every morning to jog and run. The condotel also boasted impressive facilities. There was a state-of-the-art gym and a sparkling swimming pool. These amenities added an extra level of luxury and convenience to my stay. The location of the condotel was also ideal. It was situated in a prime area, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and experiencing all it had to offer. I was able to visit the National Museum and Robinsons Mall. Overall, my experience at this condotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of top-notch service, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this condotel to anyone in search of a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I stayed for 6 days and for this memorable stay it is very inexpensive and super value for the money!

There are quite few things I would like to say, there are little cockroaches and the aircon is a little noisy at night. I hope they can set up more kitchen utensils and bigger pan.

I love how the pictures advertised are the same when we got there. I also like the customer service. There is no inconvenience except for the parking confusion and internet connection. It is clean. The place is big for the six of us and it is near The Manila Tent Hotel. Overall transaction and our stay is smooth, guards are friendly. The views are superb.

When we got there the WIFI was losing its internet connection so during our evening stay up until morning we did not have internet.

Good location. It’s close to everywhere.

Sometimes we saw cockroaches. And aircon was loud.

Almost everything. The host and security men are very friendly. Facility is convenient. 28th floor bay view is perfect.

A few cockroaches made it a bit annoying, though we understand that it is common problem in Manila. In the other place we stayed, a simple solution of a few killer blocks glued to lower corners could solve it easily.
