It was really loud. Because the tram station is near it is loud at night.

Хорошее место расположения. До центра можно дойти пешком. Удобно наличие парковки.

Комната требует косметического ремонта (ламинат разъехался, постельное белье с небольшими дырками, Лейку в ванной уже стоит заменить)

Jediné co nám chybělo byla aspoň mikrovlnná trouba na ohřání pokrmu pro děti.

The location is great - just a few minutes from the Old Town on foot. There was also a fenced parking lot adjacent to the building. It's good if you arrive by car. Also the beds were really comfy.

It's a studio apartment - everything is inside one space. It would not be a problem otherwise but the entrance door is not soundproof at all so you hear every sound coming in from the corridor outside, as well as they also hear every sound coming out from the appartment. The kitchenette is very small and there is no hood above the stove so no serious cooking or there would be smell everywhere. Also the narrow curtains were annoying cause they don't really cover the large windows and you always have this feeling that everyone can see you from the outside during the nighttime.

It is situated near the old town, you would need 10 minutes to go there on foot. The personal is really friendly and willing to help if there are any questions or problems.

There is no microwave :( Some furniture pieces look tired

We were lucky to get an apartment with balcony on the 5th floor (4th when counting "European"). Facilities were great and Internet was good. The free parking is perfect given the fact that public parking in Poznan near the center is difficult and not cheap at all. For the departure day we got a day pass for public transport and put the car in the free citadel parking which is close to tram stop Pasieka (Lines 3, 7, 8 and 10)

The old city center was one big construction site. This is not the owners fault, of course. Some of the tram lines operate differently . It would be excellent to have a few copies of the public transport map on site because they are not that easy to find in the internet.

Beautiful and tidy studio. There is everything you need, towels, hair dryer, iron, kettle, dishes, coffee, tea, sugar. Very nice owner who does everything for your comfort. Definitely I recommend staying here

Nice and clean apartment right in the center of Poznan. Very good communication with the host. It comes with free parking.

Suitable for short stays only, no blackout curtains (a lot of light starts coming in through the windows in the morning).
