I like the property because of its near the sea
the bedroom needs new mattresses the sleep is not good

The place was clean, maintained well, and had a loverly clean smell. The rooms and bedding were all neat.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the place.

Avignon is a well runned complex with an amazing Seaview. Our unit was clean and had everything that a home a way from home should have but we never find in other self catering units. We had prepared well for a self catering holiday but didn't have to use any of our things.❤️ Beds where comfortable compared to other places we have visited in the Margate area. The cartaker was very friend and made our stay really comfortable.

Accommodation was very good. Comfortable
Cleaning was done once a week and it was minimal.. The water issue was annoying ND it's for this reason only that I won't go to this area on holiday again

Everything was up to standard as advertised. It was quiet and peaceful, and very spacious.

Big apartment that has everything you need, even a dishwasher. The caretakers are wonderful people that made us feel welcome. The garden was nice and big for our dogs but it is a shared garden so that is something to keep in mind if bringing your fur kids.
The beds are uncomfortable if you stay longer than 3 days.

beautiful, home alway from home! great location, short walk to the beach, with an amazing restaurant right on the beach plus the caretakers were very friendly and helpful

The perfect little getaway, beach walking distance and some good local restaurants. The flat is superb, not cluttered and safe
What can you ask when on holiday
The issue I am bringing up is by no means a reflection on the owners of no 2 Avignon. The issue is thatvyhe owners of the flat above us has no control over their guest
The nights were loud with partying and continuous vulgarity. The caretakers are gems and should be take Care off, if one could only see how hard they tried to keep the peace
This is a body corporate issue on how they plan to maintain the ambience of such a beautiful place and how they plan to empower the caretakers to enforce the rules

Spacious for family of 6, great stay and awesome spot to relax and get away from the busy life. Host was excellent in communicating what was required, how to get there and listing of close by restaurants.
There was a lot of noise from the above flat, it sounded like moving furniture or chairs mostly during the night. But it did not last too long, thank goodness.
