The view is amazing & location is great. Security guards and lobby workers very helpful & friendly.
No shower door or mirror in downstairs bathroom.. found them in the upstairs closet covered in dust. When brought to owners attention, I was told to “just use the upstairs bathroom”. If the apartment lists 2 bathrooms, it should have two fully functional bathrooms. In addition to no shower door, there was also no bath mat, making the floor EXTREMELY slippery. (I almost fell exiting the shower). There was also no toilet paper in upstairs bathroom… we had to buy our own. The pots & pans in the kitchen were disgusting and should be thrown away. There was no “coffee maker” as one of the listed amenities. It was clear the air conditioner filter had not been changed in a while (or if ever, based on owners lack of concern to fix major maintenance issues like a shower door). I am allergic to mold and the first night of using the air conditioner gave me an extreme allergic reaction, and we were then unable to use the air conditioner… making the rest of our stay extremely hot and uncomfortable at night just using fans. I’m very disappointed in the owners lack of concern for the maintenance of his apartment. The views are incredible, but paying what we paid, the facilities should have been much, MUCH better. I would not stay here again.
