good location

there is no windows to fresh air, it is in the basement

The check in/check out was fast and easy, the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, stations, and some nice restaurants/bars within a 5min walk, and the place was very clean. Nice supply of kitchen equipment for cooking, as well as extra blankets and heaters, drying racks for clothes etc. Had an issue with paying our fee (card transaction was cancelled and funds didn’t reappear in my account due to bank holidays on my end, had me worried!!) but the host was very helpful in answering questions and following up to help.

Although listed as “ground floor” is was a basement apartment - unexpected, but not really bad either. Only thing wrong for us was that it was quite cold in the apartment, I guess because it’s underground. Some of the kitchen equipment needs a little repairing or replacing (one kitchen knife was broken/chipped, the pan was quite old and scratched so food got stuck easily), but there was plenty we could use.

Location and it was quiet.

It was falsely advertised as a "ground floor" apartment, when, in fact it was a basement apartment -- no windows and no light. See the attached pictures of what APPEARS to be a pleasant outdoor sitting area, but was REALLY located at the bottom of a light well! We also had to carry our heavy bags down the stairs and back up the stairs when we left.
