Great house with amazing views. Lots of room for a family with short walk to the beach. Amenities offered things for all ages from pool to jacuzzi to games. Would definitely return.

We had a great time. Hot tub was in primo condition and we all enjoyed it at various times during our stay.

The house, location was all good. The kitchen could use an upgrade but it was clean. The master bathroom was not finished, couldn’t use the shower as no drainage. The same in the other bathrooms. 2 bathrooms were working and two were incomplete.

Beautiful location! Highly recommend.

As I only have an opportunity to meet with extended family every few years, this was a lovely get away from home. Directions and access to the beach was a short walk and even with the variability in weather changes, you can't beat the view and close proximity. We had the pleasure of seeing seven deers grazing on the hillside across, providing another photo opportunity. The kitchen provided many amenities and there was plenty of towels/blankets for use. As a veteran with chronic pain, I appreciated the level of comfort I had- from the beds to the hot tub I felt very relaxed. The owner was very responsive and if I can return again I will.

Great view and trail to the beach. Everything else was rough. Two bathrooms don’t have hot water which means there is one working master bath and everyone else has to share the other bathroom. One of the bathrooms was dirty with debris everywhere. We had to immediately clean the house before unpacking. Closet doors were off the tracks and leaning against walls. The dryer in the house destroyed clothes by ripping holes in them. There was no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels. The house had major issues, but it was spacious, and the location was great. Hopefully, they can tie up all the loose ends on a house that is still a work in progress, but not advertised as such.

Overall, my family specially my disabled mother enjoyed the stay. She was the reason for the trip. She was able to enjoy the ocean view from the kitchen/dining room. We will come back again as she has already requested to go back. lol

As advertised, it had a beautiful view of the bay and the Pacific Ocean with easy access to the beach below. It was also advertised as a four bedroom four bath home, but there were only three bathrooms available as one was locked off. I felt we should have been told of this prior to our arrival. Two of the four tv’s did not work. We couldn’t close one bathroom window completely. The main living room was comfortable and roomy with a large tv. There are several levels to this house which requires a lot of stair steps. As a senior I wouldn’t return for that reason alone.

Wonderful time

The location and views of this house are awesome! That being said, by far the worst part is the check-in process. They gave us the address 1 week before our stay, normal. But nothing after that until 15mins before check-in. The property manager finally answered my call and gave us the key location. Keeping in mind most of the people were coming from 3-4 hrs away. The rental description is off. First there was not 4 bathrooms, there were 3 all on one side of the house. Meaning anybody staying in either of the 2 front bedrooms are out of luck. 2nd, there are 2 master bedrooms not 3 as the listing states. Only the TV's in the rear master bedroom and living room worked, with very limited channel access in the bedroom....not a smart TV, so no Netflix just the very, very basic cable. None of the other 3 bedrooms with TV's worked at all....some of them weren't even plugged in. It's hard to believe that things are verified before each party checks-in as the description says. Seems simple to verify that all lights work, change some bulbs and check that all the TV's are in working order. When the value of the stay is based on the amenities provided, hard to take when a lot of those items don't actually work. The private beach is awesome, although the hike back up is a little rough, certainly doable. We had 4 adult couples......we all agreed we would absolutely rent this house again. Just a little disappointing for the description to be so off.

Best view in the neighborhood with lots of room to play games and/or sit and chat. Great for our group of two families (4 adults and 6 kids). The walk to the beach is super easy and less than 5 minutes.

Spacious for gathering and reunion. Could use a little bit of upgrades but, overall a pleasant stay and good location

We have stayed at many homes in Bodega Bay and this is the best view by far!

The description of cleanliness of house was not accurate. Leaking roof in 3 places, con webs and moldy window ceils and walls from water damage. The location was wonderful and amazing views. Hot tub was in our opinion not usable.

I was unbelievably disappointed with this property to say the least it was dirty, there was multiple roof and window leaks, mold !!! Hot tub didn’t work the first night some cleaning guy came the next day unannounced? But at least he fixed the hot tub. I can go on forever about the hvac filters that appear to never been changed completely covered with crap, horrible Sheetrock repair work everywhere with no paint on it, dirt and dust everywhere!!

Positives Location, view Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking equipment. Beach nearby Negatives Stairs everywhere, not pictured Hot water iffy at times Bathtub not as, advertised behind a site glass door. Not easy fit childrens baths and it's very small. Towels need replacing Mattresses lumpy or too hard or too soft No high chair, as advertised. When I asked was told it broke but it's not replaced. She asked did I want her to go get one and bring by tomorrow. Tomorrow was too late. Host answered questions 24 hours later, not fast response. Overall, We will return to bodgea bay, but not to this rental.

Spacious house with separated rooms. Loved the view and the quiet neighborhood.

This house is perfect and we had an amazing and relaxing weekend! We had a delightful and relaxing weekend with our family, enjoying the views and soaking up the sun in the Adirondack chairs out front! And the hot tub was divine in the early mornings and evenings. The dining room has the most stunning sunrise and sunset views! And the living room was great for playing games and conversation. Felicity was a wonderful and communicative host. The kitchen has everything we needed and then some!l, including basics like salt/pepper, sugar etc. The views were just lovely and walking around the neighborhood and down to the beach was perfect. And it's great how close the house is to town if you forget something or want to go out for dinner. We don't golf, but the course was beautiful. One note: the house is split level and had quite a few stairs. We can't wait to visit again!

We had seven family members all together for a few days in this wonderful and spacious home and all of us agree it was a amazing time. Peaceful sleep, a functional kitchen and picturesque large dining area led to great starts to each day! Walks around the loop, where so many others were out walking, or down to the beach, or quick trips into Bodega and Sebastopol offered much to do when not resting. Fires in the fireplace with wood provided by the owner offered comforting ambiance in the living room in the evenings. This home lived up to our hopes and expectations and we are looking forward to coming back when we all can arrange the time away.

The property is situated facing the ocean with no obstructions from the living room and kitchen. The view is the best part of this house! The home is well decorated and supplied, though some of the pots and pans could be replaced. Most bathrooms and floors were updated nicely. All bedrooms had TVs. There was a shortage of towels but that was quickly remedied by a visit from the housekeeper, who was very helpful. Communication with Felicity was good with a response within 24 hours or less. The pool table and hot tub were both fun to have and use. Thank you!

We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. The check in process was easy. The house itself is beautiful, there are some signs of wear and tear but it did not affect our stay. The beds were comfy, linens clean, plenty of extra supplies should you need it. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, it was nice and private. Hosts supplied all of the kitchen amenities, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc. so we didn’t have to bring anything but food and clothing. The views out of the kitchen/dining were incredible and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Great stay, highly recommend!

Great space, well presented in kitchen, bedding etc. the house obviously was in middle of refurbishment. So some safety handles ( down to living room and shower) missing . Matter of safety. But we had a nice visit . Thank you

I stayed for a long weekend with five book club friends. We had a great time and really enjoyed the view and being able to walk down to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and had a great view. Plenty of room and we enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for a large group. It is now off of VRBO as we believe they are possibly going to do more updating.

We had a great trip, house was perfect we had some girls staying close by who came for dinner not sure if neighbors approved but we were quiet after 9 so I think it ended well. Loved our stay
