The BNB is beautifully decorated and well equipped, nestled in a quiet and beautiful street up the hill from Airlie Beach. We had the larger room, and had everything we needed. A private balcony was a wonderful bonus, we could drink our morning coffee in private and just enjoy the gorgeous nature around the house. In the morning beautiful white cockatoos that visit the house, which was simply amazing! Leone is a super host, she was responsive and helpful, and helped us book our coral reef trip with a discount. We really loved the stay there and only wished that we spent more time there.

You couldn’t quite walk to the beach from the BNB but we had a car so this was no issue.

Room and house very clean and tidy. Leonie helped me with a few things as well, I really appreciated. Can’t wait to come back.

I loved everything

Everything...the location was perfect for me, out of the main town & very peaceful. The accommodation was excellent value for money, with great facilities in idyllic surroundings. The host was very helpful about the location, where to eat, things to do & see, even picked me up with my grocery shopping, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back again.

The property was stunning and was perfect for some rest & relaxation away from the hustle & bustle of town. Waking up in nature to beautiful sunrise views & the kookaburras singing was perfect. The hostess Vanessa was an absolute legend! Although the location was a bit far from the centre, she always offered to take you into town if you needed. Her hospitality was one of the best I've ever experienced, and her dog (also named Vanessa lol) was a nice addition as well!

This place made me feel like I am in another world. It is right in the middle of the nature, surrounded by many beautiful animals and plants. Definitely a different experience to have! The decoration was unique, most of the stuff was made of wood. You have a little kitchen in your little apartment so you can cook if you like. Our room had a little garden/terrace which was nice. The hotel has a terrific terrace with a breath-taking view. You can have your breakfast either in your room or at this terrace. There is a hot tub in the second terrace (a smaller one, common area) which you can use till 9pm and meanwhile you can watch the stars and listen to the birds and other animals. Definitely recommended for the ones looking for a nature-experience!

Since this place is surrounded by many tropical plants and trees, you got to be ready for little bugs, flies, frogs(depending on the season) and etc. We stayed two nights and each morning around 5-6am, we were waken up by the loud sound of the birds/animals (all the doors and windows were closed). There was a kitchen with many utensils but they were not the cleanest to be honest. The bathroom was a shared one. Our room was next to the bathroom therefore it was kind of easy to reach but if you have a room on the other side, might be a bit annoying though. We chose a breakfast included option but there was no a real breakfast. You have a big fridge and in that fridge you can find jam, milk and some sauces but there is no bread for example (or cheese or eggs). A hand-made cereal, some tee and powder coffee were available. The hot tub was a great idea but personally didn’t like the water is not recycled/refreshed after use. I used it only once therefore. The location is the top of of a hill. If you don’t have a car, it might be a demanding walk up to the hill (I don’t know if there’s public transportation to there and/or how frequently).

I highly recommend this place. it's a little paradise in the middle of wonderful trees and birds with a great ambiance. the host, Leonie, is wonderful - so nice, helpful and hospitable. there's everything needed for breakfast and good internet. the distance from the city centre hasn't been an issue for me because Leonie has been kind enough to offer me a lift to the city centre and also taxis are easily available. again thank you - Leonie!

it was beautiful! Right next to the National Park and very close to nature. Leonie was an amazing host and made us feel at home.
