We had a great stay in Mirage. The staffs are accomodating and the room is comfortable.

The access and passageway needs a lot of improvement.

The room was a good size and had good amenities

The location wasn’t good, the access is prone to flooding so you can’t access the hotel.

I want a refund I didn’t stay as it was the worst hotel I have ever been to

Nothing it was horrible total inaccurate description of the hotel

The access to the hotel was terrible huge pot holes everywhere and no access by car or taxi. The room smelt really bad I didn’t stay there

there’s a cockroach in the bathroom and if it’s raining it’s get flooded , no free toileteries just soap

Superb

Always friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean and good with bed, small table and 2 chairs, fridgefreezer, bathroom spacious with large walk-in shower and enough space for all the toiletteries etc., beach in walking distance (1-2 minutes walking)

Don't expect to pay advertised price

It was clean & close to the beach

After we booked & paid they charged us extra for our stay claiming the advertised price was wrong. We still have an issue outstanding with booking.com to get this resolved. The bed sheet was either too short or not wide enough for 2 depending on which way round you had it. The hotel wanted to charge for an extra blanket

The room was nice and it was very close to the beach

You couldn’t see the sea and it was down a little ally but was gone at my just a 30 second walk soo not to bad. There were some ants but we told reception and they immediately got rid of but hem

First of all, it’s really clean and i think the facilities are new. although the lights are dim, they’re okay. the water is good also but when there are lots of guests, the water is “mahina”. it’s walking distance from the beach which is really convenient. although when we arrived we got confused where the hotel is but you just ask the locals and they will tell you where.

Very poor, staff were rude and unhelpful.

Toilet hadn't been cleaned for quite a while, Bed was extremely uncomfortable,could feel the springs. Had to walk through 2 inch deep water to het to foyer, no clear path to the beach..

The price was just right. We were comfortable the whole time we spent there.

The location is good, just 3 mins. walk to the beach. The breakfast is decent. The staff were friendly and accommodating to us.

Some facilities are not properly working (bidet, flush and safe). It could be just our room. There’s no elevator at the property but we didn’t mind.

This is a good location especially during pandemic wherein you need to have an apartment like stay.

Location/ privacy from other guests/have own kitchen

Upgrade on appliance and lights.

Our stay was excellent. Host/Owner are accommodating. I would recommend them/the Hotel to others.

Breakfast value a little bit pricey. Hope they could lower it down.

Nice simple hotel close to beach, but in an alley

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked well and there was a free water station in the lobby. There was also a fridge in the room and a balcony with a dry rack. Location was really close to the beach, like a 2 min walk.

The location is a little odd since it’s hidden in an alleyway and is a little difficult for a trike to get to.
