Great location in the centre of town. 2 X balcony and a very comfy bed.

The WiFi was fine in the living room but didn't stretch to the bedroom.

The appartment is located in the nicest part of Los Gigantes, we loved to stay in this area. The views from both balconies are wonderful, especially from the one overlooking main square. It is five minutes of walk from the appartment to the beach of Los Guios, 15 minutes of walk to closest "piscina naturale". The appartment itself was very clean, well equipped, consisting of two spacious rooms. Bigger families could have a problem, because of missing dining table, but for two or three people it is simply perfect.

You have to count with some noise from nearest pubs/restaurants. Music typically plays untill midnight, so it is better to have balcony doors shut. But to be honest, this was not really a problem, as we didn't go to bed early. Before midnight, you can sit on the balcony, people watch and enjoy the music even without going to the pub :) In the mornings, it is very quiet, no need to worry about the morning noise.

2 balconies, a lot of space and close to the Harbour, city center, supermarkets and bars.

It can be a little noisy at night because of the bars but this was no problem for us.

Very poor management. I booked for this property, but I never got to see it. They told me that it was not available only when I arrived and that my booking was changed to a different apartnent, although I was never informed of this and of course I never acceded to it. This new property was described as an "upgrade", was not only in a less convinient location for me, but also was far smaller and didn't even have a bed (just a sofa bed). Cannot complain about the apartment, because I never got to see it, but can assure that the management in my case was very unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

It was clean and very central.

The water pressure was extremely low. Having a shower was a challenge and even just washing hands. Same for cooking, filling up a kettle would take ages. Also the flat is literally in the middle of town which is good, but it also means plenty of noise and loud music until at least midnight.

Noise from neighbouring apartment(s?). I was woken every morning (before 6.30am) by a mobile phone vibrating or child chattering or metal chair being dragged across stone tiles. I should point out though that my hearing is extremely sensitive and it wasn’t an issue for my girlfriend.
