It was located at the heart of the city.
We are a group of 8.
Toiletries such as towels are not enough.
Also, access card is limited to 1
Requested check out at 3pm, to which it is agreed upon with additional charges. But we were rushed out at 2pm because new guests are checking in at 3pm.

it is near to shopping malls and in the heart
of the city. everything is nearby which includes the public transportation.
No room service provided for daily cleaning or maybe I wasn't aware of that whether I need to request for one. If they had provided one, it would be an excellent stay.

At least a small toothpaste n 2 toothbrush is given. The toitlet and shower floor is slippery need to scrub. The face towel hang is dropping need to fix.

The location of the hotel is convenient
The washroom was a disappointment. It was not properly maintained and the bathtub provided was not at all comfortable to be taking a bath inside

The location is great.
The room is really small. The facilities is old. N i du think it is a 2 room apartment. Which the another room is actually the living room putting in all the bed.

Everything good n very polite staff.. the pool is big n scenery of the hotel view are beautiful.. amenities are good..
the waiting time for the hotel lift are quite troublesome

The view is spectacular. Pool is big & my kids love it,but it was quite a long walk to the pool.
The smell of cigarette was so significant but it was a no-smoking apt. I requested for air freshner & the owner came to send it ASAP. There was no dustpan,thus we had to sweep all rubbish to the back of the main door and left it there. The master bedroom toilet had water dripping from the shower in the tub & wet the floor making it slippery.

Quite place and suitable for family vacation
Not enough light at the kitchen area (bulb broken) and wait long hour to get lift when check out.
