well only supplying 2 towels when there were 5 of us staying . pillows on the beds were to flat we had to buy our own .

The property was nice. It was within walking distance to coffee shop, co-op and many other necessities. Great private parking. It has many items for small children like high chair and pack and play.

The smoke alarm went off and we were not able to get in touch with anyone. The numbers given did not work. Half of the lights were out in the kitchen and not replacement bulbs. The outdoor trash and recycling were overflowing.

Loved that we could take our furbaby with us. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the town centre

The main light in the dining room a little low and husband knocked his head a couple times

Grass not cut, dogs business on grass, mirror broken, toilet leaking, tatty skirtings, shower head wouldn’t lower, empty first aid kit.

parking spot easy to get in and out of. very clean. comfortable beds.

Walking distance to Wallace Monument and takeaways and not too far to walk to Sainsbury’s. I liked the two bathrooms upstairs and the bath for kids. Inside the house was clean.

When we got there the rubbish and recycle bins were overflowing ,looked like wood panels sitting beside the bins. We figured the bins would be taken out when we were there, but no. Their was no room for our rubbish, so we left it inside to prevent vermin.Also, we were left with an old used sponge to clean the dishes with.

Location was good and central.

Hard floors upstairs made the house noisy. Lack of dishwasher tablets, sugar for tea and coffee and kitchen roll.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Many safety issues: 2nd exit is locked with a key which is not onsite, carpet is loose and bunched up causing a tripping hazard, bathroom floor is peeling up and dangerous, had to stand on a chair in the dining room to hand roll the shades up and down, shower hose broken, numerous lights out, no instructions to operate the house heating and appliances, no window screens, entire house needed painting, etc., One kitchen towel and one bath towel per person and had to buy our own paper towels and low on toilet paper. In summary-worst stay through Booking.com-gross!

Early 10am check out

Definitely a home from home experience. Everything is there that you need, there are supermarkets near by and the shopping centre and high street are a 10 minute drive. It is such a convenient location within an hours drive from the capital and Glasgow.

The property does need some freshening up in terms of cosmetic repairs/painting in the living room and dining room but overall a lovely place to stay.

The property was easy to find & a short drive to Blair Drummond, Stirling Castle & the centre of Stirling. It is very clean & spacious. The recommendations for eating were appreciated & we enjoyed a delicious takeaway. The property is in a quiet area. The beds were comfy & there were blackout blinds in each bedroom. The living room was cosy with plenty of seating.

The decor is tired & in need of a touch up. There's a few jobs that need done to bring the property up to standard such as the fact the blinds in the dining room don't work & there's no curtains at this window either so we felt a bit exposed whilst eating. The wifi was very poor & hardly had any signal so Netflix didn't work at all though the sky channels worked ok. Instructions for using the heating wouldv'e been appreciated.

the house was extremely clean. the little thoughtful things they had done really lifted our moods. the entire stay was smooth and so relaxing. We literally had everything we could've needed or wanted. this place really exceeded my expectations. have already recommended it to a few friends and will definitely be coming back here.

Good location, didn't have that much time to enjoy the house as it was only for overnight. Would stay again as its good value for money when you have a family to consider. Everyone was able to enjoy their own rooms.

House needs some redecoration as painted walls noticeably scuffed by people bringing their suitcases up the stairs, etc.

Good size with good facilities, with parking. Definitely got what we paid for and had a comfortable stay.
