Bom custo benefício, a acomodação é confortável. Recomendo para quem estiver de carro apenas pois o transporte é limitado e caro.

O custo extra por toalha e lençol é abusivo, na minha opinião.

Proximité de l’aéroport, du centre-ville, du village du Père Noël. Endroit très calme en cette période de Noël où le tourisme bat son plein. Prix attractif par rapport aux autres hébergements sur cette ville où règne la magie de Noël.

Pequeño, viejo y sucio. Una estufa para calentar la estancia que no funcionaba muy bien y pasamos frío. El sofá que se hacía cama para dormir con manchas de pis. Colchones muy incómodos. Sàbanas y toallas suponen un coste extra. 10€ por persona .

Nice stay in this beautiful chalet not too far Rovaniemi. Safe and quiet place, comfortable beds, functional kitchenette and friendly staff. Lapland is a magic place, especially when the northern lights show up in the middle of the polar night.

trés jolie chalet entouré de neige, cuisine avec tout les equipement necessaire, salle de bain avec seche-cheveux (vraiment un plus pour la region). Dommage qu'ont ne puisse pas choisir des chaines dans d'autres langues, et le chauffage dans la salle de bain un peu léger.

un peu froid pour la douche, tous les lits dans la même piece, et un télé pas connecter ou peu de chaine.

We spent a dream night in this cocooning cottage and we saw the most magnificent spectacle: the Northern Lights all night long! The host is very kind and available for any questions. Thank you again for this timeless moment which will be forever engraved in our memory.

its a perfect place for family. Warm inside the room and outside was -10.

La zona, ubicación (buscabamos algo alejado de la ciudad.) Cogimos una cabaña de madera y supero nuestras expectativas, la sauna, el entorno. De cuento. Llegamos tarde y no tuvimos problemas para hacer el check in, nos pasaron un codigo para poder coger la llave y abrir la puerta. La estancia fue agradable. The area, location (we were looking for something away from the city). We took a log cabin and it exceeded our expectations, the sauna, the environment. A fairy tale. We arrived late and had no problems to check in, they gave us a code to get the key and open the door. The stay was pleasant.

Very basic facilities, don't expect too much

I was fairly hesitant to book this place because of all the negative comments. However, none of the comments ended up being true for us! The staff offered us a warm welcome and gave us recommendations, our property was lovely, clean, and quiet. It is true that the bedding is sold separately, but we knew this in advance and it was made clear to us since booking. I loved this place because it definitely gave me the 'cabin' feeling I was looking for, and with a private sauna!

We went during the midnight sun... and all the curtains were see through so there was light all throughout the night. We didn't find a solution for this.

Pleasant place, value for money, little far from centre but you should be aware of the bus schedule. Not so friendly staff though.

sheets are not included in the price and even when paying extra you have to put them to bed by yourself

The outside unit of the heating/airco was very noisy, when you lay in your bed, you hear it. The pillows definitely need to be replaced for new ones. The cleaning was poor.

The price is very cheap, and you can easily take bus 14 and 8 to the Santa Clause Village in 1.5 hours.

The wifi won't work in the room.

It was a little bit cold (not critically). location is not very comfortable, especially in buss strike day 😬(it’s ok if you have a car. we used taxi, it cost 30 euro)

wifi wasn’t working in the room, the room was to cold and it wasn’t really clean. Hair everywhere. even tho we told them we needed sheets in advance (you have to pay extra) we had to make the bed ourselves

Only good part about the place is that it's probably the cheapest in Rovaniemi with reasonable cleanliness. But it comes with a lot of compromises.

Location is a bit difficult if you don't have a car. It's 7km from the city centre on the highway. While the bus station is right in front, there is only one bus that goes to the city and it runs only 3 times a day on weekends. Weekdays are slightly better. Maybe every hour or so. So if you're staying over the weekend, don't plan on having easy public transport. Everything is the bare minimum/cheapest reasonable quality. Some of the stuff is really old and rickety. But it all works so can't complain. While I understand that the rates are also low, there isn't anything bad, but neither anything good to talk about. If you have a car and want to have a cheap stay and just sleep at night while spending the day in the city, then it's a reasonable option. Otherwise nothing else. No food, and you pay for bed sheets, duvet covers, and towel separately. Which makes no sense to be honest. Staff also doesn't really bother. Very neutral/not welcoming. Just going through the motions. So just adds to the kinda desolate feeling.

It is so cheap, our room has very nice snow view. They have sledges that you can play with ~

You have to pay 50 euros per 2 hours to use sauna which is really weird. Sauna is always free in Finland

Comfortable beds, kitchen with all we needed to cook our meals. Big fridge. Friendly and helpful staff

The toilet brush was a bit disgusting ad could be replaced more often. Shower towels were quite tiny.
