Andy and Lian Na, thank you very much for everything. The stay in Skye was the highlight of our trip. Everything was amazing, we felt like spending time with friends. So for anyone planing a trip to Skye this the place to stay.

Andy and lea an were amazing hosts , they made us very welcome after a very long journey , the facilities were excellent, very clean and well maintained, breakfast was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble x will definitely be going back xx

We honestly loved everything about the property! From the beautiful views from all around the house to the fireplace in the common room and the bathroom and bedroom. It was spacious, clean, warm, and inviting.

Parking was slightly difficult, but other than that the house was perfect.

The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless, lot of space to feel comfortable in. Location is super, good base for the important sights. Breakfast is of high quality with good choices. We really appreciated the preventative measures and that there is only one other guest room, therefore very quiet!

The breakfast was exceptional - Andy and Lian Na are great cooks! The coffee was superb.

We really loved the details to make our stay safe, pleasant and comfortable. They helped us to get around the Isle with suggestions and directions. The breakfast was top quality, you can see they made everything with care to perfection. Friendly couple we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this B&B.

Beautiful Bungalow, immaculate in every way. Breakfast amazing. Homemade Yogurt delicious as well as a large selection of everything to choose from. Top notch Haggis for breakfast.

I liked everything.

Everything, room,amenities, very safety and security conscious. Food was very good quality and amount. Very clean all and service. They even had boot trays in the room. We were served our prearranged breakfast and owners went above and beyond to please. Parking area great and spacious. Location was great as very quiet and only 20 min walk to Portree and only 30 40 minute drive to Quiraing and about 30 min to Old Man Storr. Highly recommend this B&B.

Andy and Lian Na were the sweetest hosts, and we had a lovely stay. They went above and beyond. Everything was immaculately clean and breakfast was delicious. Really appreciated the tips on things to do in the area.

The fresh flowers everywhere , the house is spotless. After a difficult start , we found out that the host is a very nice man, he and his wife are delightful host

In a superb location, not far from all the tourist locations and about 20min walk into portree , the host's were really nice would go out their way to make sure your stay was as good as it could be , the home made cake was nice , would definitely stay here again if in the area .

Being used to a large king size bed, sleeping in a normal double bed takes getting used to lol

The breakfast was very personalised Lina and Andy went to great lengths to ensure our stay was as good as it could be a terrific happy couple their B&B is beautiful very modern comfortable and easy walk into Portree. I highly recommend Roses to any traveler considering visiting Portree. Thank you Lina and Andy and of course our daily cake to take away. Clyde and Lynette C💥

the Roses is a very modern and well equipped b&b . the hosts were very attentive and took pride in giving us a 5 star stay . although the property in a 15 minutes walk to Portree I considered this a bonus as the town can get very busy. would not hesitate to return for another visit.

Beautiful bungalow with immaculately furnished and clean rooms (ours had a separate personal toilet and shower across corridor, but no problem at all as directly opposite and complimentary bath robe was provided!). The host couple were lovely people and so helpful with tips on places to visit and a fantastic local knowledge. The breakfasts were amazing - especially the smoked salmon & scrambled eggs which would grace any 5 star London hotel! Portree harbour a pleasant walk of only 20 minutes.

The hosts where amazing they would do anything for you. Rooms are amazing plenty of space, clean and so comfortable. Also the breakfast was possibly the best meal we had in Scotland. Me and my partner normally like to stay in different places if we return somewhere but this is arguably the best places to stay in Skye

Andy & Lian Na were the perfect hosts! The B&B was lovely, it was spotless & very comfortable and a perfect location to walk to Portree but also as a base to see the rest of the island. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, there was a huge selection, all of which was high quality freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Andy & Lian Na are a wonderful couple, hugely welcoming and they gave us lots of recommendations during our stay.

The host were lovely, the location was good, the breakfast was one of the best I had in 15 days in Scotland.

The house was lovely. We were waited on hand and foot, nothing was too much trouble. Some guests might find this a little OTT.

There could be a couple of lamps in the sitting room to make it more comfortable to sit there and read. We've been to Skye many times, and had a plan before we arrived. We didn't need to be sat down and given an itinerary. However, we understand that you were trying to provide a service, and that many people would require this.

We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Convenient location with great facilities.

Lovely small B&B and the couple that own it could not be anymore helpful or welcoming. The whole house/ guest area and room were spotless and well presented. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and was locally sourced or homemade.

Andy & Lian Na made an already amazing trip even better. We could not have asked for a more welcoming stay. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We would not hesitate to return.

Andy and Lian-Na (hope I got the spelling right 😄) are AMAZING! We couldn’t ask or expect anything better. They are so welcoming and guest oriented that you feel immediately at home. The property has only two rooms but, due to COVID, at the moment only one at a time is operative and they alternate them to allow a full, deep and safe cleaning at every check out. They are at your complete service for any need you might have. The breakfast is mind blowing, I only wish I was able to eat much more as the variety of choices is comparable to a 5 star hotel, everything freshly homemade and local. So sad for staying only two nights but this will be our first and only choice for the next time we’ll go to Skye. Portree is only 10 mins walking distance and you can enjoy a stunning view from both the room and the breakfast room. We spent a lot of time with the hosts chatting and asking them questions to get the best from our stay in the island. We already miss them!
